Everything was either raw or burnt. We arrived 30 minutes after open and were the first people in the restaurant and were still told very rudely that it would be a 15 minute wait. These employees were curt and slow; there was so little communication at checkout it was ridiculous. Our burritos were marked with a pen that didn’t work, and all just had a “C” because they were chicken. We had to tear them apart to figure out what was in each burrito. Will not be returning. So disappointed that a member of our party’s first chipotle experience was ruined. I am a veteran customer with over 4,000 points on the chipotle app. Never have I had an experience like this at a chipotle. Make better choices and next time don’t burn my chicken.

Went to pick up food at 9 pm . Though the hours are till 10 pm the grill was being scrubbed with food right next to it . The servers were just talking among themselves , filling bowls for themselves and their colleagues, waited for 10 mins and one good guy who was cleaning saw me and came to help me out.

literally love the food here. Bathrooms are super clean. The two people working last time I was there were the best workers i’ve ever freaking met! Margaret & Connor seriously deserve a raise, they make the worst day turn into the best day. So glad I met them at chipotle today or then I wouldn’t have ever known what good customer service is! Run don’t walk here!! Definitely my favorite Chipotle place i’ve been to yet!

I understand workers need to make a living, so I hate leaving bad reviews. But this location needs training on customer service and levels up the game before it’s too late. When you have workers milling around yet online orders take 30-45min wait time something is seriously wrong.

Picked up dinner of a bowl and burrito. The staff member was willing to waste containers to put my lettuce on the side due to not putting it on my bowl and closing the lid and not willing to reopen the container. The steak for the bowl had too much fat and the chicken was overcooked. I ordered a large side of chips and queso, and the chips filled only 1/4 of the bag and were very stale. I will not return.

I arrived yesterday evening at approximately 6:45 p.m. with my family to a very unusual scene. A group of teenage girls held the door closed from the inside. They were laughing along with a young-looking employee. We stood outside, confused. Eventually, the employee (I assume the manager?) opened the door and very rudely told us, “They were not accepting any more customers, there was not more food, and we needed to go.” He proceeded to close the door. My daughter and I, still very confused and unsure if this was a joke or not, walked back to our car and watched as other customers approached the door and got the same routine. They all left in disgust and anger as well. Unfortunately, it was handled very poorly, and we won’t be back. Next time, put a sign on the door, or at a minimum, speak to your customers with a bit more empathy.
