I have no idea what happened to this location. It was pretty solid since opening, but in the past month I’ve had incorrect orders, barbacoa that was almost 100% gristle, and a dead fly in my food. Portion sizes also seem very random, and more than once I’ve ordered extra of a particular topping on my bowl and not received it. I normally order on the app, so maybe that’s the issue, but it’s getting old having to submit complaints for nearly every order.

Parking is strange, but building was fairly new and modern. No signage to indicate when drinks and silverware were. Staff was overworked, obviously, and stations were not as clean as I would have liked or expected at a slow time in the afternoon. Building may be modern but the ceiling really ought to be painted black to hide the woodworking. It just seems cheap and thrown together as a building. They have a drive thru though which is super interesting. Never tried it.

I’d give them more than 5 if I could. Believe it or not I’d never had chipotle before… I know… late to the game. Upon hearing hearing that, the absolute gem of a human making my bowl decided I would not be paying for my first time at chipotle. And it was DELICIOUS. Whether I had to pay for my meal or not it would have been fantastic service and food. Made my whole day. Forever grateful for the people that make life brighter even if it’s just in passing trying to get a quick bite.

I never get alot on my burrito but this is the smallest one I’ve ever got and it’s mostly rice hardly any chicken and alot of the wrap. Very unhappy with the portions will not go back. Rather drive the extra 10 min to Holt road.

Avoid this location. A few months ago it was great. They must have hired a new manager because the place has gone downhill fast. Employees are rude and just don’t care. The food is always up in the air. Maybe it will be under cooked, burnt or down right over seasoned. Do yourself a favor go next door.
