The restaurant is so new that it’s REALLY busy. I’m a Doordasher and I have waited over an hour for 1 order. The food is amazing don’t get me wrong but the employees are overwhelmed. It is really nice inside, handicap parking and access.

I have been waiting for Chipotle for a long time and refused to drive to Buffalo for it. Loved the food and for being the grand opening when I went I truly believe they handled the situation well with the amount of people that was there.

First time at a Chipotle and it was great! So i thought this location was card only and you ordered through machines and only online? But I was wrong. You can order in the store but its card only which makes sence. So i ordered online and ate in the store. The store is pretty small. It only holds 30 people. The food was fresh great and filled me up. I liked the refresher drinks also. Although the large cup is huge! You can also sign up for rewards and get free things. ( Just a heads up) I would come again!

I can’t believe how this location has only been open two days and so many people are leaving weird, negative reviews already. Give them a opportunity to get up and running, a grace period. People saying they’ve only been open a few days but im still going to leave a bad review Sad.

We love Chipotle and we dine at this chain whenever we are out of town. This place is Not following Chipotle standards! The portions were half of what we really get in other Chipotle restaurants, they didn’t have peppers and onions or any kind of salsa. The chicken was over cooked. I hope management reads the reviews and adjusts accordingly or they will lose business.

Visited during dinner hours, no customers in the restaurant, a couple cars waiting for orders. Despite the lack of customers, no fajita vegetables, no medium salsa, chips were really stale, the portions were less than half sized and the price was more than full sized. We aren’t going back.
