This chick who was on the protein side today was so mean here, if I ask for extra anyrhing or something on the side she would slam her spoon everytime it was so annoying I understand they may be stressed with such a rush but seriously work someone else if you hate it that much, I’m paying a lot for my food and I want it to be done right. And on top of that the veggies are always undercooked and watery/wet and cold. It’s so weird!!

The workers, not all but most are very impatient. The ordering of quesadilla only online does not make any sense. Why Chipotle? The rice is usually under cooked and the meat is over cooked. I mean c’mon.

As you can see I ordered a vegetarian meal and received this pile of meat, with an apology note. No apology to my face, I didn’t even see this garbage until I opened the bag at home You mean to tell me you are all out: beans cheese corn salsa lettuce and gauc!? And why don’t you just refund me online instead of making me call someone and wasting half hour of my life? This is maybe the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

I had the Pollo Asado bowl. It was a little underwhelming. The salsa was not spicy at all, even though it looked like a nice salsa molcajeteada. The guacamole was literally just mashed avocado and a tiny bit of flavorless cilantro.

Ordered a burrito and it was clearly a mess, now common sense to me would be to wrap in another burrito so it wouldn’t fall apart. It came apart, so essentially was like ordering a bowl. It didn’t even taste good. I was disappointed. If I wanted fast food service I would have ordered Wendy’s. Based on the other comments, this is looks like the norm.
