I could go on for hours about how many bad experiences I’ve had here. I’m a person who believes in second chances but I’ve given this Chipotle location way too many second chances. I finally had it today. I ordered a sofrita bowl for delivery because I needed something quick between my two jobs. I didn’t get any extras. One portion of protein and rice, sour cream and cheese. When it got delivered, it felt super light.l but like I said, I didn’t get much. It was rice, a dollop of sour cream and a toss of cheese. A few fajita veggies I didn’t ask for and NO sofritas. This location is my favorite Chipotle in the Pittsburgh Area. I consistently get excellent food here, all the food items are hot and fresh and customer service is excellent. I got James a couple of times and he is always super knowledgeable and kind. The entire team at this Chipotle location on Washington road is really good! At the opposite spectrum is the Chipotle in downtown Pittsburgh. I work in downtown and I tried eating there for lunch several times but I eventually gave up going there although I love Chipotle. But the food, wait time and service at the Chipotle downtown Pittsburgh location is abysmal. Keep up the good work James and team at this great Washington Road location so close to South Hills Village. And thank you for a great food and service on a consistent basis!

The food is decent but do not order online or the app. Twice now I have waited 20-30 minutes past the expected time. Meanwhile the actual line in store is chugging along. Both times now I and a handful of others have stood waiting for well past the order time.

Fair to large portions when I went, Line was slow, but it seemed like they were busy making online/call in orders. Food Quality was good. Go in person if you want proper full amounts of food vs door dash or any other pre-order shortcomings.

Order was totally wrong; no sour cream, had lettuce extra hot sauce. Was unable to eat meal due to the amount of hot sauce. Contacted app and all they gave me was a reward for a bogo entree.

Order online pick up in store is a joke. Store prioritizing people that just got in line over orders that are twenty minutes past pick up time. I asked if I could just get in line instead since I had been waiting a long time for online order and was told it couldn’t be cancelled and I just had to keep waiting. I saw someone else come in, get in line, and they checked out still before I even got my food.

I ordered online ahead of time with a double chicken burrito and got a bowl with almost no chicken on it. I didn’t order a bowl! I also ordered double chicken! They charge almost 4 dollars extra for double chicken! Then they charge 3 dollars for a side cup of queso when I didn’t even order chips! When you call to complain they try to give you a 1-800 number so they can ignore your complaint! Ridiculous! Never order online here!

I ordered takeout off the app, and had to wait for my order 30 minutes past the pickup time listed. This is now the third time this has happened. I then asked an employee to cancel my order so I could order in the store instead since there was no line. The employee simply held up a piece of paper with a phone number and told me to call it to cancel. Please fix your takeout system!

A poor experience every time we visited this store so we decided no longer to attend. The food prep area is always very dirty, with various ingredients always mixed in to one anothers’ containers (i.e., meats of various kind end up in the tofu container, etc.). A worker here once removed a clump of cheese that had fallen into my bowl during assembly with their hand. Glove or not, this is unacceptable, but par for the course at this location.

Our pick up has always been on time, but the portions are abysmal. My bowl is usually lots of lettuce and little of anything else and is barely half-filled for $12-13. Don’t bother asking for them to be light on anything because it’s either ignored or missing (ahem, sour cream). The last time I was there for pickup an employee loudly announced they were quitting, screamed profanity at their coworkers, and stood outside yelling into their phone so there appears to never be a dull moment at this place.
