2nd time ever at a Chipotle (same location). Was impressed of the cleanliness of the person playing the food (changed gloves and washed hands after previous customer). Not so much with the cashier. I had to ask for new cups – ones that his fingers weren’t in as that is how he grabbed them, from the inside. Unhappy with my demand, he mymbled something and swatted the other cups from the tray. Sorry, but i didn’t want your dirty fingers in our water cups. He also couldn’t understand that if I gave him a penny, he could give me an even dollar back in change instead of the 19 nickels and 4 pennies that he counted out.

A bit disappointing. The guy preparing my meal really skimped on the chicken. In fact, he did the same thing to the guy behind me and he had to ask for more chicken. But when it came to the rice and beans, oh, they piled it on!

Food was good but whoever is running the Indiana location needs to pay more attention to the eating area. There was garbage all over the drink area, half the drink selections were empty, garbage overflowing, and all the tables were dirty.

I love that I can order on the app and just pick my food up off the rack when I’m in a hurry. Especially because I will get text updates as soon as it’s completed so I know it’s fresh (and usually done early). They also have the best queso and chips!

I’ve only recently started to visit Chipotle, but can already see why there is a hype about it. The ingredients are super fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and not crowded and workers were prompt and polite. Only gave 4/5 bc it is pricey.

My burrito cost less than normal on my recent trip to Chipotle. Little did I know, they didn’t actually lower prices. All they did was downsize their burritos, bowls, everything. Frankly this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. We deserve better! Chicken still hits though.
