Not the best chipotle anymore, the large-framed women at the counter always has an attitude everytime I come, if it wasn’t the only local one I’d never come here, skimpy on meats/ cheese too. Sometimes better to just get their competitor across the street. The only thing this place has is the taste, the service and delivery of it is garbage tho.

This location has turned into an absolute nightmare over the last year or so. Always out of key ingredients. Dirty tables, empty bins piling up, cross contamination issues with workers and their gloves. 3 or 4 workers in the back, 1 in the front.

The food at chipotle is ok… for the 10 dollar burrito it’s all rice and a little meat. Otherwise this chain is surviving on what people believe the brand is and not what the food actually is which is over priced. The staff are excellent and super helpful, there is just not enough of them. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty… with trash overflowing and dirty tables and seats. This particular location I was fond of, but the food isn’t worth the price when you take quality and customer convenience in to account.

Place was very dirty,trash was falling out of the trash cans , all the tables were dirty. food was dried to metal containers. No napkins or silverware. Wasn’t ever busy. Employees had no pep. I’m shocked to see this place go down hill.

When you walk in the door, get halfway through standing in a long line, about to order, and they tell you it’s cash only, they only opened about 45 min prior, every single time I walk through the door of a chipotle, I have to mentally prepare myself about how awful the service is going to be, how long I’m going to stand in line, and the absolute morons that work behind the counters. I honestly think this is the first time I’ve ever took the time to leave a review on anything – however this Chipotle is honestly an embarrassment to their entire franchise. I previously have lived in multiple other areas with well managed Chipotles. This particular Chipotle has never had all ingredients over the numerous times I have been there (because I’m a Chipotle fan and keep giving it “one last chance”). There is always one person working the front with 4-5 people in the back. The extra help in the back you would think would help for Online Pick Up orders, however I have not once had my Online Pick Up order ready at the set time for pick up. I have always had to wait at least 10-15 minutes past the pick up time. There is no management what so ever at this Chipotle. Their stock of ingredients is never correct, leaving you to decide if you’re okay not having 3-4 ingredients that you like each time you visit. Their staff are not directed, when there is a line out the door and there is one person serving the whole front counter, perhaps the person who cleaned the cheese grater for the entire 30 minutes I stood in line should get that task completed and use the extra time to help the front desk. I personally will not be returning to this Chipotle. It’s a shame that one of the good fast food chains in the area has to have horrendous management.
