Chipotle has many, many options such as vegetarian options, meat options or or just a plain salad type for gluten-free type stuff for you know for anybody that needs options. They bold burritos taco.. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it. You won’t be sorry. They also have a nice dining area or drive through.

We tried this location again after months since literally every order has had something missing something since they opened. Tonight was no different. The order was supposed to be ready at 920. Watched the staff sitting around from the front so assumed our order was ready and pulled thru the drive though. Still took 15 minutes after that. Person was friendly and respectful at the window.

My boyfriend and I stopped for an early dinner last evening after an enjoyable show in Erie. We wanted something fairly quick to eat in house. There were two customers ahead of us, the one being taken care of almost through the line. As we waited in line I noted that the tables were not clean of food. The couple tables that were cleared were smeary like they’d been wiped with a dirty cloth.We waited in line approx 15 min. When we were ready to give our orders the young man taking care of us seemed a bit hesitant which didn’t bother me. Thought he might be learning. The food that was in front of me did not look very fresh and the bins were almost empty. Our server seemed to struggle a bit, he was working alone. The manager was watching but did not offer assistance. I noted that there were three people working to fill online orders. By the time we paid, which was delayed due to not having enough ones in the drawer and the server not sure about change due, our food was no longer hot or even very warm. Frankly, the dirty restaurant and the slow service didn’t do much for my appetite. We couldn’t wait to finish and get out of there. I felt sorry for the customers that came after us. There were about 10 in line by that time and still only 1 person making the food.

A few months ago I gave this place a scathing 1-star review because it was bad… really bad. They have made a complete 180 since then and I have to give credit where credit is due. They’re never out of fajita veggies anymore. They seem to be consistently pretty good with portions. The servers are usually nice & friendly and act like they actually want to be there. Sometimes the proteins seem excessive salty. That’s my only real complaint right now. I came back to adjust this review when I saw that their overall rating was sitting at 2.3 or something pretty terrible. My 1-start review truly no longer applies, so it wasn’t fair for that to be dragging them down.

My girlfriend and I ordered food to be ready at 7:50 we got there around 7:45 and the woman at the counter said that it was ready and just needed to be bagged. Well 10 minutes go by and we still do not have our food, now other people that came in are getting served before us even though there order was placed after ours. We finally got out at around 8:25-8:30 and our food was cold. All around it was a bad experience and the staff was horrible with handling it and rude to my girlfriend and me.

I’ve been coming here since January, and I think they’re still going through growing pains. I usually get a burrito bowl with guac (when available) and probably more than 50% of the time the guac is brown. Mostly I can scrape off the outer layer and it’s fine but this time it’s still brown. Be warned!

First I will state that Chipotle is my favorite fast food place. I have driven to Mentor Oh in the past, just to get my burrito. Then they opened one on Peach Street and things got easier. When I got the news that a Chipotle was coming to Harborcreek, where I live, I was ecstatic.
