Unfortunately this is the worst Chipotle I have been to across the entire country, which is shocking for a college town. Hopefully the one near campus is better. I was ashamed to find that even though it was an hour before closing, they didn’t have beans, cheese, salsa, and everything else was old and flavorless.

I showed up at my pickup time, but proceeded to watch the girl make, no lie, TWENTY to go orders while me and 10 others stood there waiting for her to actually GIVE ANY OF THE ORDERS OUT. My food was ice cold by the time she gave it to me. The whole counter and other counter was full of orders, the only reason she stopped to give them is cuz she had no more room to continue to make more, like what is that? If my order was due at 450, and it’s now 520 and you’re still making orders for people who probably were due to pick them up til 530, so why was I not in the store and out with my food way before them?

Wow. First time getting a burrito bowl from here and it DID NOT disappoint! I asked for extra cheese and they delivered BIG TIME. If you’re looking for a refreshing drink to go with it I recommend their Watermelon Limeade. So good! You can really taste the lime.

I love this chipotle location! The staff is so kind and does not skimp on the ingredients. My bowl is always tasty and cooked well. I tend to order in store due to past experiences with mobile orders, so I can’t speak on mobile orders. Highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience here. The reviews surprised me because we had large portions of food, the staff was great, and the restaurant was very clean. We were just traveling through but I recommend this chipotle and I assume they have made improvements to their restaurant.

I had one of the worst fast food serving experiences ever today, there was a family ordering in front of me which is fine but the server took 20 to 25 minutes serving them and didn’t look at me once and with that time there were at least 3 idle employees in the kitchen and it took them 20 to 25 minutes for one of them to come serve me. This is bizzare.

if you walk in & order it’s not usually bad, but every time i place a pickup or delivery order they give me half a serving & it looks disgusting. these photos are both untouched, taken just after removing the lid.

Terrible experience. Ordered through the app for pickup. When I got home with my food there was only rice, cheese, the wrong protein, and the wrong hot sauce. No fajita veggies, lettuce, beans, corn, sour cream. Tried to get a refund through the app and they offered me a free fountain drink (really?). Tried messaging through the website and never heard back. Bad food and somehow worse customer service.
