Had a horrible experience about 7 years ago and hadn’t even back to Chipotle until this night. The service was phenomenal! Drinks were never empty and food was delivered hot and delicious! I wish I remembered the server’s name as he would definitely get a HUGE shout out. Wait times to get seated and for our food to arrive were minimal. We will definitely go back!

Not sure why the ratings are low… the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent! They did not hesitate to get me more food when I asked and were all very nice. The way the is cooked rice can make or break the meal, but this rice was fantastic! I would come again!

This chipotle is Top Tier people. This is a brand new store. Which means, they do the job correctly.. cooking styles are correct, portions are correct, and proper sanitary actions are taken to deliver the best service they can provide. I think some of yall have too high of expectations as if… you were invited to Shaquille O’Neal’s house while Gordan Ramsey is the chef. And Jackie Chan is the server, while you order a bowl of Lettuce that gets made in 2 seconds, but it taste like a sirloin Steak, with Artichoke, and a baked potato, with a spazzaz of gold flakes to make ya feel bougie..

This was our first time going to this location. We usually go to the one in Mechanicsburg, but the past few times going there we had horrible experiences, so we decided to try this location. The food was fresh and tasted good. They actually had veggies!! They gave large portions and the staff was very friendly. We will go to this location in the future.
