Last time visiting this location. Always a disaster every time. Dine in area is always dirty. I’ve placed several online orders over the past few months and every time I am missing an ingredient or several. 3 tablespoons of steak, 2 tablespoons of black beans, no fajita vegetables , barely any salsa. Ordered a watermelon limeaid only to find out once I picked up my order that they do not have it. Disappointed every time. I expect to get what I paid for.

I am visiting my family from out of town and I came to this chipotle in May. The staff was rude, they were out of many ingredients, and the rice tasted like plain white rice. I am back in town visiting and decided to give it another chance. Once again, terrible decision. Aside from one young man, everyone else was absolutely rude. 0 customer service skills. They did not have certain ingredients again, and the second time they did not have salad dressing. At the check out I was asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes please. I was then handed a bag to bag my own stuff while having to do it at the counter and holding up the line. Mind you, I am fully capable of bagging my own stuff, but you don’t know who truly may not be. I have been to multiple chipotles and this by far is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I am all about second chances but this is a second chance I never wish I gave. So disappointing.

The food is not bad, it’s cheap and you get what you pay for. It is a healthier fast food option to the other well known fast food chains and depending on the selection, the price/quality ratio is great. Staff is a bit slow and unmotivated.

Literally the worst Chipotle ever. Second time here in 3 months, the line takes forever. Wait 20 minutes to order only to find out they are out of steak-we’ll not out of steak technically they were just cleaning the grill and didn’t wanna make more. Rude workers who will only do one job, online orders are given preference over people waiting in long lines because in their words “ Chipotle’s rules are we make whoever’s food by who pays first”.. if you own this place or manage it start over with all new employees or put an adult In charge instead of young kids…Don’t go here!

This was my second trip here and won’t be coming back to the Carlisle location. Walked in to order but evidently you must order online or options are very limited. I planned on ordering three chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, and a burrito. The girl seemed irritated the moment I told her I didn’t place an order online. When I told her I wanted the chicken tacos, she snatched 3 soft wraps before I could tell her I wanted hard shells. I asked for a quesadilla and was told they only do those online, even though I was the only person in the entire restaurant. After some back and forth with another associate she agreed to make it after letting me know next time they won’t do unless its online. They didn’t have fajita veggies for line or online orders for quesadillas. Should point out there were at least four other people “working” that could have helped with the order didn’t nothing but stand around. After twenty minutes I still didn’t place my order for the burrito so I just asked for whatever I could get that wouldn’t take another 20 minutes and settled for a soggy salad. As I’m checking out, someone who I’m assuming was another manager came in and low key berated two other employees from the dining area about what time they came in for their shift. Kind of seemed like a conversation that should have been held in the back, away for customers. Only bright side of the ordeal was that I didn’t spend my own money on the order (gift cards). I would have placed my order online but wanting to use the gift cards, adding them online would have taken at least four hours for them to be accessible. Disappointing on the service side, the food, other than the quesadilla, was cold, and the online ordering has way too many inconveniences. The first time I ordered for this location was about a year ago and I ordered online. My wife went to pick up the food at the time the order was to be ready and she had to wait another twenty minutes despite no other customers being in there. Should have trusted my judgment and ordered somewhere else.

We’ve come here multiple times trying to give this location a shot of redemption, but they continuously disappoint. We ordered a chicken bowl and they charged us for a steak bowl, and when we told them that they mischarged us, they said “it’s only a $3 difference”. Which is not the appropriate thing to say to a customer. They always seem to be out of items in the height of dinner rush, and yes although chipotle is focused on freshly made items. They should be better prepared to be stocked on items during their busiest times. It’s unfortunate they just can’t get it together.

I almost always see just teenagers working here with little adult management. They do a great job but are sometimes out of the basics like tortillas. The card reader is also a bit tricky and should probably be repaired.
