I will update with details later, but I couldn’t wait to rate this place. It’s time we do more. I’ll be contacting corporate, politicians and protesting on social media to close this place down immediately. Too many have been inconvenienced, burdened, and have taken some form of a loss, without any accommodation or an apology. The reviews tell it all! Just imagine the reviews that aren’t on here. So we all know that they offer a bowl, tacos, salad, or the burrito. SUPER simple. Why do they NEVER have salad dressing every single time I go in? I love chipotle so much and I never get to have it because every time I go there, they just happen to not have anymore made. Sure I can call before I go there, but sometimes I’m just close by & pull in… why wouldn’t they have it? How is salad going to be one of your main items and you don’t ever have salad dressing? I’ve lived around here for 6 years and the last 2/3 years it’s been disappointing.

We have tried this location so many times only to be reminded why we regret it each time. Drink towers are always empty, place is filthy, garbage overflowing. These are all easy fixes. Most concerning is that the meat and heated items are never hot and barely warm. We love Chipotle, and we live close by, but we will never return.

The employees have a bad habit of divvying out the food and then dealing with the register and money. Usually there is only one person helping customers with getting their food and also having to do the register. They never change gloves. Ever. I think they continue to wear the gloves for a extreme amount of time. Very unsanitary and who knows what kinds of things are getting into the food. If they have that kind of attitude towards hygiene where customers CAN see…what happens where customers CAN’T see? I’m pretty sure that this would break some food code violations. I’m surprised that they haven’t been closed for it.

Restaurant is always dirty. Nothing is ever stocked (napkins, utensils). Drive 35 mins into town to order food in person because they cant ever seem to be able to get an online order correct. Get told that the quesadilla I am trying to order has to be ordered online only. Cant even imagine what boardroom warrior dreamed that up. Ask for the manager and am confronted by the most unprofessional child manager I have ever encountered. Ask for corporate number. She tells me she doesn’t have it. Ask for her name. Wont give it. I’m sure Chipotle thinks they are saving money hiring people who have no business managing a business. Wont be back!

4th time in a row that I’ve done takeout and been missing at least one item from the order. They don’t even bother to tell you or adjust the online menu to say items are missing, just let you walk away without part of the meal you paid for. This most recent time I thought to ask before I left if an item was missing, and it was, only to then get home and find out that the ingredients of two bowls had been completely mismatched.

at least the 3rd time we have ordered online, driven over to the chipotle, only to find it is closed and will be closed for 3 additional days. This is really getting old. Had to figure out how to dispute the charges and get my CC charge cancelled. Good friends and neighbors report the same thing. I need to find another fast food pick up restaurant. I’ve also experience very light servings, even when ordering extra meat $$, extra veggies, cheese, etc. My bowl comes in less than half full (see image) while the wife’s regular bowl at $8.99 is full, while my $14 “extra everything” is half full. Very, *VERY* disappointed in this store. We have been avid and frequently chipotle fans for years in several cities. This store is the worst…. by far! We now avoid and go to Jalape~nos.

This is the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The first wow factor was the Lady sharpening her blade like she’s working on her second Michelin & then prepping like she’s done rangiri since she was 5. I was ordering for a party that included someone who has Celiac, and as soon as I announced that she was already in the process of changing her gloves and pulling out cheese and meat uncontaminated. They keep them in special bins inside of the fridge. She was attentive and on top of everything and marked individual containers which were both gluten free based on what was in them. I did not even have to ask. From start to finish all three of the staffs were exceptionally attentive and very polite. As opposed to some of the other Chipotle locations, the ingredients here or were better chopped and more fresh. Sophie, Abby & Autumn deserve a star from corporate. They get 5 from me.
