1 star is more than generous. I just went to this chipotle section and after waiting in line for several minutes the person working told me “we are only opened for online orders” in a very angry tone. I could understand that if staffing was short for the shift, but there were close to 7 people “working” and more in the back doing nothing. What a waste of time. Oh well, I went to the Panera next door and was greeted with a smile from their staff, a cleaner restaurant, and a much happier overall experience.

So we are a company nearby from the Rohrestown Road(Lime Spring) location, We order from nearby places and this is the 2nd time our orders are messed up.2 of the steak salads came w/o the steak meat. Also, they asked for the money beforehand.We have always paid with a generous tip. I think the mngmnt sucks. We will never order from this location again.

I ordered from this location twice in the past week through Grubhub, and my food was prepared wrong on both occasions. It’s incredibly frustrating to receive my food and see a whole bag of chips missing or several ingredients in my bowl are missing. Being a former Service manager from Chipotle, I’m extremely disappointed and will not give this location my business.

Wonderful. Just wonderful. I don’t remember the last time I went to a Chipotle that was this clean. Spotless. Great service a very nice portions. The employees work like they want to be there. I usually just put whatever star I want to put and move on. But this time around, I wanted to express my gratitude to the whole team. I know. It’s just a bowl, but for me, it matters.
