Word of advice, do not go on weekends especially Sundays. Go during the week when the very nice General Manager is there. They are always out of ingredients, overworked and understaffed. 3 employees on a Saturday (08/27) is unacceptable. Especially when one male employee stood, pretending to prep for the grill. Literally stood at the prep station and stared at the wall holding one piece of meat for 20 minutes, while his 2 coworkers were in the weeds.

Tuesday, August 8th 2023 at 7:45 Pm I came here for dinner, and let me tell y’all…. It was immaculate. I eat Chipotle regularly, and I can honestly say tonight was the BEST Chipotle I’ve ever had. Everything tasted better than ever! Shout out to the Entire team because they really did their thing and were whipping it up in the kitchen. Special shout out to the girl who made my bowl because everything was portioned perfectly so it tasted Extra amazing. Just wow… 10/10 will definitely eat here on a Tuesday night again.

This was by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Out of veggies, no napkins at the condiment table and when asked the guy points to the condiment table as if I hadn’t thought of that yet, and realizes 4 dispensers are empty, so he hands me two napkins for the 5 meals I ordered. Get to the car and drive off only to realize the sprite/7up is straight carbonated water, horrible. Worst Chipotle ever, this manager should be fired. Not only was the food horrible, service was horrible and it makes me not want to eat at ANY Chipotle, I mean hell didn’t they not cook the meat and have to close down a bunch of stores a few years ago? Probably my last time, thanks to this chipotle.

Ordered online to pickup 30 minutes after I ordered. Received my food 20 minutes after the time I had selected. Turns out the rice in both of the bowls I ordered was not cooked at all. It was silly of my to assume that some time in that 50 minute window the employees would cook the rice that is the base of every burrito bowl. Would recommend never going to this location if you value your time and money

We were told our food order would be ready for pickup at 8:20pm, but our order was not started until after 8:30pm. The rice in our burritos and burrito bowls was hard and uncooked and made it very unenjoyable.

Laziest and most incompetent staff ive ever seen. One guy cleaning and working the line while the rest of the staff is in back talking. Consistently out of product on slow days, complete disregard for food safety. If this establishment was razed to the ground it would only serve to benefit the chipotle brand.

Didn’t know if I’ll make it in time. Got there 8 minutes before they close and they were still open. The girl that served us was nice and friendly. She gave everything we asked for. The place was clean and had things in stock.
