1st they overcharged us, and to say the seating area is a complete mess is an understatement. Garbage EVERYWHERE instore and outside seating. Employees didn’t want to do their job and there was 0 management. I’d say save your money and go to shack shack down the street. The food was moderately good but extremely overpriced. 0/10 never coming again.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? If you’re reading this please do not eat from this location. And from seeing the MULTIPLE HORRIBLE REVIEWS clearly this chipotle needs oversight. I ordered through door dash on 2/2 and I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Not only did I get the incorrect order but the food quality is horrible. I ordered a veggie bowl and receive a steak bowl. If there is any management at this location.. I’d suggest you do better with providing quality food.

I arrived with my family 45 minutes prior to close and were in line for about 15 minutes, when the staff informed everyone in line that they were out of chicken, beef, and pork. A line of about 15 people left the store.

Extremely dirty and unkempt. Went on a very slow Friday night. Only one other patron in front of me. The restaurant only had one couple eating at a hightop. There were at least 4 workers in the store behind the counter. The drink station was filthy and had no lids for cups. The floors and tables had food, debris and crumbs everywhere you looked and the trash at the exit was ridiculously overflowing with garbage in the bins filled to capacity and bags piled on top. The food however was good, but the location did nothing to entice me to want to come back there. I posted some images of what it looked like during my visit.

I can’t rate the food because I wasn’t served. I was walking by, with no intention of even going into Chipolte and decided I’d stop in. Upon walking in, I said hello to the staff. No reply. I walk to the counter and staff are walking around – they looked at me but no one said hello or anything at all. After standing for a several minutes, I left. I realized later that it was 20 minutes after opening. As someone who has worked in food service and retail, I can understand the frustration of people showing up right after opening or right before closing. However, I have never blatantly ignored a customer. I could have understood if they asked for a few more minutes or whatever – but if you’re open, at least be ready to provide customer service. This was such a disappointment. Very rude staff and I’d never return.

I was actually on vacation from Florida to visit family in Allentown. We went to the mall and stopped at this chipotle to eat. The manager was very rude, threw a bag of chips at my aunts, and threw her hands up in the air as if she wanted to punch us because we wanted chips in a smaller bag, they were also out of ice out of drinks out of rice, and took forever to restock their food, we thought this is an employee being rude, but we were surprised it was the manager who is acting rude wouldn’t accommodate chips in a smaller bag because she simply just didn’t want to when we asked politely if we could get them in a smaller bag because they were for children. She put the chips in a smaller bag and threw it at us after saying they only had one size Instead of just politely telling us they only had one size and trying to work with us. She did not. She bit her lip and put her fist in the air like she wanted to hit somebody and walked away very unprofessional and very disgusting. Such a bad experience for tourists so that area I will not be returning to that chipotle when I go visit family .

Always have problems at this location. Today the register is down and had to order online, things happen but they only have one per girl doing any of the orders and took forever. The rest of the staff mills about ignoring people standing in line that didn’t here the announcement about the register issue.

This location is a hole. Asking for food is a chore and I was bothering the employee. Entire restaurant is a mess. The kids need some supervision. Hope someone who cares reads this and does something to make improvements. I won’t be back. Thanks and have a Merry Christmas.
