We ordered a carnita burrito bowl, asteak burrito and chips and queso to carry out. My carnita burrito bowl had TWO pieces of meat in it, that’s it. The other topping were lack luster in amount. The steak burrito had a bay leaf in it. The chips and queso were sadly disappointing in amount, making up small portion of the bottom of the bag, especially when charged close to $5 for it. Chipotle you can do better. This is disappointing and makes me not want to come back.

This chipotle is big and nice. Could tell they were understaffed (not their fault!) but the staff was very nice. However, the restaurant could be cleaner I noticed the trash was overflowing quite a bit. Also, just something to change possibly for the future, I am not sure if this is a corporate thing or a store thing, but i noticed the cheese was next to the guacamole, and some of the cheese was spilling into the guacamole. It may be better to separate the guacamole from this mainly to help out lactose intolerant people or vegan people who do not want cheese in the guacamole!

This place is complete garbage, you stand in line for 25 minutes and get up there and they have nothing. Every single time I go here it is trash. They should close this location down and put something in there that actually knows how to operate. Going at 4 in the day there should be everything available. Go to Moes instead, way better and they always have everything.

If I can give it a zero I would! Stopped to get something quick to eat on our way home. As soon as we walked in we noticed all the tables were dirty, spilled drink on the floor, barely any utensils. We went ahead and order anyway the workers were not pleasant at all, one wouldn’t even reply to questions and they were out of a lot of things. When we got to the car the rice was tasteless and barely any cilantro and my husbands burrito was cold. Awful place, with rude employees who truly don’t care. Worst chipotle we’ve ever eaten at. STAY AWAY!

They were out of food. No guacamole, no fajita vegis! This seems to be a recurring issue at Chipotle, either because they are understaffed or managed poorly. Oh and the men’s bathroom was filthy with poop smeared all over the toilet and pee everywhere. AND, there was no soap…wonder how the employees are washing their hands before returning to work!

Ordered the salsa verde & go whatever was in the container they gave me… also ordered a barbacoa quesadilla & they gave me a huge piece of fat which was the majority of the meat in the quesadilla… this location is constantly screwing up, its ridiculous. Get a new manager. How do I get a refund?

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with beans, veggies, other sides etc. and a side of corn salsa. It was all on the receipt and paid for. I received a bowl with a scoop of chicken and nothing else. I don’t understand why anyone would think this makes sense.

I frequent this location fairly often. The food is usually always pretty good. Im not 100% sure what the job roles are at a chipotle, but multiple times, customers will be waiting to order while 3-4 employees just hangout by a counter in the back of the store, knowing you’re there, but just letting tou stand and wait.

I recently had a very bad experience at Chipotle (Krocks Rd, Allentown). (To be precise this incident happened on June 16th). I had ordered a Burrito bowl through DoorDash. Although I had selected all toppings while placing an order, all I got delivered was just a few pieces of meat in my bowls. That’s it!
