I have eaten here about 100 times since it’s opened. I really enjoy the chicken and / or steak with brown rice. This is my favorite tray. I’m a very plain and picky eater. The food is normally always fresh. If you go in the morning, you’re almost guaranteed fresh food. The place is normally kept pretty clean. They normally have all the hot sauce in stock also. There have been many employees at this hazleton location who have been very professional and kind. I personally have not had a bad experience. Overall, this is still my favorite fast food place in the whole hazleton area.

Food is amazing no doubt at this location The co workers attitude is just not called for . Some of the workers are very friendly and others are just so rude and nasty . I wish they will train them to be more friendly and welcoming. It is a new location and I hope it wouldn’t go down because of the staff that seems to have a chip on their shoulders .

This location is new and modern. Very easy access with a decent parking lot and drive-through pick up lane. Although they were really slow and messed up items on the order. I would highly recommend checking the order before you drive away.

We showed up on a Sunday at about 11:30 am, we were about the only ones there, the restauraunt began to get very busy shortly afterwards, therefor, the service was quite fast for us. We orderd a bowl with the pork and other toppings, and their guac, which we had put on top. The dining area was clean as were the restrooms. Typical fare for this type of place. Being early, it was fresh and hot, however, the guacomole was very chunky. By very, I mean VERY. I’ve included a photo of chunks of hard, firm avacodo the size of a large tablespoon, and there were many. It was actually hard and not quite ripe. We just set those to the side. The staff were constantly loud and playing around as to carry into the lobby since it’s an open kitchen design. All in all, not too bad, not very great. Typical fast food atmosphere.

I saw the reviews that they are out of everything, and the reviews were right. This store could not offer lettuce, pico, cheese,and guac. Even Men’s restroom was out of service.

I placed an order for pick up and didn’t eat inside so I can’t speak to the atmosphere. Food took a little longer than the website quoted but it wasn’t too long. We ordered a burrito bowl, tacos, guacamole and chips. All of which were absolutely delicious!

Very rude customer service. I requested a double wrap and this dude responds with “great, one of these guys”. Half attempt putting the food together, while also giving me this mix of mad and annoyed look the entire time. Didn’t ask if there was anything else I’d like, just rudely stated the price of my food and walked away without handing me my receipt. That’s the kind of attitude that makes me not wanna eat my food even if I paid for it already.

Good food! Good service! Close to the Hazelton campus of Penn State!! Very very friendly and super nice staff! We made a pitstop there almost 200 miles away from my home. I wish I can go back there every time I want Chipotle! Enjoy if you visit!!
