I traveled through the area and pulled off the highway for a quick lunch. This Chipotle is conveniently located. The staff was friendly, and our food was made perfectly. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted real good. If you are looking for fresh and healthy food, stop in at Chipotle.

This place consistently messes up all their orders. The food tastes good but they are usually out of something or out of everything. Quantity is hit or miss. Some employees fill your bowl to the top others are okay with filling it just half. If you are standing in front of them they usually don’t do it, but for pick up and delivery orders it happens very often. Don’t get me started on the guacamole. $4 additional but sometimes they are fine just giving you a tablespoon instead of a scoop. And if you dare to say something they will add another tablespoon for four more dollars. I don’t get why the people working here are so stingy to help a corporate conglomerate. The place is mismanaged and the employees often seem to think that the customer are at fault for the way the business is run.

Every time I go to this specific chipotle… they are always out of something… people standing around… taking their time to do something… was told that they were out of steak… but they were going to cut in… 20 minutes go by and they decided to cut chicken instead of the steak that was cooked before the chicken… I walked out the door after sitting for 20 minutes… and the last time I was there… they double charged me for queso on tacos

Stopped in for 4 chicken bowls. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes until girl came over, said hi how you doing, never answered me. She barely gave us any chicken and when I asked for some extra onions and peppers, she threw them on and slammed the tongs back into the tray. This is the second encounter with this girl at Chipotle. Thinking if your the unhappy or just that unfriendly, why you working in a customer service industry. Think next time try the one at Montage instead.

This chipotle is fine before 5 pm every day pretty much. They consistently run out of ingredients and never are stocked. We just drove 15 minutes to get here now, and they are randomly “temporarily closed” according to a sign on their door. It’s very poorly managed and staffed.

Long line… waited over 25 minutes for food. Obviously it was for my son or I would have left after 10. Don’t come to this place if you have other plans. They will hold you up for sure. Also, not the cleanest place to eat.

The place was very dirty. Food debris all over dinning area. Napkins were empty along with knifes. Bathroom was unusable. Staff notified. We decided after ordering in and looking at the fifthly tables, floors and chairs and lack of dinning supplies that we will take it to go.
