I love Chipotle. I eat at Chipotle whenever I can, because really, I love Chipotle. But I do not love the Souderton Chipotle. It’s now been FOUR times that my food has been disappointing.

We ordered a catering order through their main website. The order was serviced by this location. It was prepared late which had the poor DoorDash driver waiting for almost an hour. Then it arrived completely inaccurate. It was nothing at all that we ordered (though the receipt on the bag had my name on it so it was the right person).

I was very excited to see a Chipotle opening in my area. After checking the reviews, it seems like they had a rough start, probably due to being extremely busy since they JUST opened. The service and quality/quantity of food goes down at ANY food establishment when there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the customers and the staff run out of ingredients or must rush around like crazy to keep up with the orders. I drove by here a few times around dinner and the entire parking lot was full, along with the mobile order pickup line AND the parking lot next to it (which was always empty prior to Chipotle opening). I decided to wait until a less busy day/time because I am not going to expect to receive quality service when a place is that busy.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here. Easily the smallest portion I’ve ever received. when i pay $15 for a double meat bowl i expect more than half the bowl to be filled. I doubt it was a double portion of chicken and other toppings i ordered were missing. I didnt dine in, but all of the seating was dirty.

I think some of you are just uptight and have nothing better to do than complain cuz this branch almost always gets my food right and it’s great every time. Maybe they even recognize my name because I go there so often. Either way, they do a great job. Plus- if you didn’t like your meal, you can complain to Chipotle’s AI thing called Pepper and it will offer a free entree or free side if they forgot to put it in your bag- the more you know! Be glad you don’t have to drive to Montgomeryville or Quakertown 😉

This is one of the worse run Chipotles I have ever been to. The location is near me but I will often travel to a different Chiptole to order. Its pretty apparent that most of the staff does not care and does not want to be there. Do not bother emailing Chiptole Corporate about a bad experience because I think they have given up on the store. If you have to go do not bother going for dinner as they are constantly run out of food items like guac and fajitias. I ask the staff if they run out becuase of supply chain issues and they said they have it but they didnt make it and they will not make more quac and fajitas at 6pm when they close at 10pm. This place is a complete dissappointment and see my picture of the rotten guac they sold us, taste horrible and smelled bad. Emailed Chipotle about it and no response. The service here is unacceptable and to serve us bad food is really not acceptable.

Sloppy meal and careless Staff! I ordered a salad with chicken, vegetables, cheese, sour cream. The person at the counter said they didn’t have any more lettuce but they could put some shredded in. They were only two employees who were talking amongst themselves and not addressing me. Then their friends came in and they were fraternizing with them. What I ended up with was a bowl of fajita vegetables, black beans, with sour cream on top. There was hardly any lettuce, hardly any Chicken, and a few pieces of steak found in there randomly. This is a pathetic representation of the chipotle chain that used to be so good.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up, pulled up and no one acknowledged us for 10mins. When someone did, he asked for the name and then walked away. This happened 4 times with 4 different people, with no explanation. We waited 30mins till we got our food. No apology or anything. I get it, it’s busy, I worked in food service. But the lack of communication, and customer service is unreal.
