Ordered a burrito bowl with rice, steak, cheese, and guacamole. Ended up receiving a bowl with no rice and extra guac and cheese as if that would make up for the burrito bowl not being a burrito bowl. There is no rice! Found beans in the bowl when specifically ordered it without beans. This shows the carelessness and lack of consideration of the staff. What if I had been allergic to beans? I have had great bowls from this location many times, but I am very disappointed at the service provided to me today.

So the new dresher chipotle was clean and neat, food was warm and and fresh and tasted fine. Only issue I had was the meats and beans were really dry and you could see how dry and clumpy it was. All it needed was some water to mix in, but the young man looked at me with a blank stare. Oh well, considering this franchise is a hidden from main road, I would think the restaurant manager would want to be at top of his or her game.
