This is the second time we went to this location and had a problem. Placed order online, went to pick up gave my name and they ask could it be under another name. No? Another guy looks on the computer. Oh looks like we will have to remake the order. Why, what happened within 20 minutes of placing and picking up the order. Tried looking on the bright side thinking our food would be hot or at least warm. I was wrong. We will be going to Andale next time.

My family and I just went here for dinner it was 8:45, the staff was already cleaning up…they don’t close until 10. Not only were they out of almost all of the Meats, they were also out of sour cream. Not to be a Karen but if I’m paying almost $40 for a meal, I expect them to have the food stocked especially in a chain restaurant. In addition to all of this, the servers taking our order were rushing around trying to close the kitchen down and there were about 5 or 6 people still in line! I won’t be back again… go to Andale the food is much better, it’s not a chain (family owned), and the customer service out of this world.

Walking in on Sunday at 5pm, staff were fine. They were young, but they listened to our order and did it correctly – couldn’t have asked for more. Ordered 4 burrito bowls and chips with salsa. Sat down with the family. First I ate a chip, spat it out because it was SO salty. My son took a bite and spat his out. My daughter and husband only ate one bite before we all moved onto our meals. Rice, beans, and corn salsa were all good. Had a bite of chicken and my mouth was charred; the bark on the chicken from seasonings and MORE SALT. My husband was the only one who could eat his meal because he got the pork.

Ordered for the fam, never had Chipotle before but I’ve heard great things. Very disappointing, all the food was cold , burrito had no flavor and was dry , the cheese quesadilla was missing THE CHEESE and the sour cream was sour sauce !!! The guacamole had dark spots all over it, made fresh? I think not. Overall disappointing and will never eat at Chipotle again

I ordered veggie tacos. The grilled vegetables were SO over salted I couldn’t eat them. I’m a person that likes salt and often adds salt to meals, but this tasted SO SO salty it was awful. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times to let them know there was a problem with the vegetables but no one answered the phone. When I was in the store, there was only 1 other customer so I know they weren’t busy.
