Newer store in a nice shopping center. It’s surprising how poorly staffed it is. I ordered a bowl and there was hard crunchy rice throughout the meal. When I went to sit and eat for my dinner break every table had food or trash on it with no customers at any tables! Truly disappointing where fast food has turned. Employees could not care less about the customers just throw the food in the bag and get the money. Didn’t appear to have anyone in charge. Place is filthy mess. Surprised it’s not shut down by the health inspector. I will be calling

They didn’t have main ingredients to make food with and they gave me attitude when I asked if they had any. I asked for a steak bowl the attendant gave me half a scoop, I asked for more since she barely put any meat on it. The attendant literally put three more pieces of steak on the scoop and put it on the burrito. I walked out.

My recent order of a burrito, on 10 May 23, was the single worst execution of a burrito, in the history of burrito making. No salsa, the barest hint of cheese, literally 3 strands of lettuce, no green tomatillo salsa, average amount of chicken and entirely too much white rice. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly closed. Of course I didn’t find that out until I was back home and unable to do anything about it. I don’t really expect to much but truly an embarrassing effort overall.

Easily the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cheese, salsa, beans, and steak. It was $16 dollars. I got $3 worth of food. Then my tacos looked like a blind person threw them together. AND they didn’t give me the guacamole i paid $5 for. Safe to say i will never order from this chipotle again. It’s an absolute disgrace. Don’t waste your time.

This place is an utter disaster & has been for months. My guess is it is about to shut down. If you want an easy quick meal DO NOT come here. Online ordering pickup time is ALWAYS wrong – tonight it was 30 minutes extra wait time & being told there were no chips upon picking up my order. 2 workers assembling kept re-opening food orders looking confused. 3 workers PLUS a manager in the back of the kitchen chatting the entire 30 minutes I sat waiting for my food, while people walked in to find out that you could only order online. The WORST store in the area. They are never stocked with anything, lettuce, tortilla, meat, forks etc. I’ve given them way too many chances. They have a staff of 5-7 standing around on their phones with trash cans OVER FLOWING and trash always on floor that’s never swept up.

Well run, great employees. No Coke Zero today in the fountain, so I asked for refund. No problem, took care of it right away amidst a busy lunch crowd. I live in Wayne and drive to this location in Newtown Square. I avoid the Wayne location cause it’s very poorly run.
