Pleasantly SURPRISED based on the reviews. Greeted with a HELLO white the chicken was being FRESHLY prepared . LINE to the DOOR but the employees were QUICK and EFFICIENT. Ordered the TACOS and each ingredient was FRESH! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR. DEFINITELY returning! By the way, the FOOD was GREAT!

I love Chipotle’s food. This particular location needs to improve on the team’s customer service skills. I love that my food was made delicious with appropriate portions and handled with care. However, I noticed that when us customers came in, there was only 1 person on line knocking out orders while the rest of the staff just looked around, pretending to be busy, came up to the line making their own food for the night (with no eye contact or a ‘hi someone will be with you in a bit’). I’m gonna just attribute it to the staff being young. Otherwise it was great.

Went yesterday because I was craving it. Should have left the food on the line. The meat was old, and the guy working there who has to be new barely wanted to put any meat in my bowl so I asked for more which was a total waste because I couldn’t even eat it. Asked for veggies he barely grabbed any simply Because it wasn’t much on the bar and he didn’t feel like refilling it. Should have indicated to me that it wasn’t fresh. The line grew longer and longer because not only was I not being served a good portion but others weren’t either so everyone would ask “could you put a little more” then have the nerve to wanna charge extra. The bowls he was preparing were extremely light and he know it. Got home to actually eat my food found out it was tasteless i picked over it simply because im pregnant and had not eaten at all but was unable to enjoy it I literally threw it in the garbage. Please get some other employees in there. I will never visit this location again….. i was upset but I reached out to chipotle office and got my meal reimbursed so I will try again else where

This location needs training and more supervision. All the surfaces in the lobby and serving area are dirty. The food tasted watered down and the cola syrup to soda water ratio is way off. Little to no cilantro in the rice. The queso looked yellow, cold and clumpy but a new container of white queso was available. The server questioned me when I asked him to serve the fresh queso from a clean spoon. They need help over here

Came here to get a rice bowl. The white rice was out, so I got brown. The brown rice is severely under cooked. By nature of brown rice it takes a lot longer than white rice to cook. Told the manager she did not seem to care saying she did not make the rice.

Went there to get the garlic steak bowl and chicken tacos. While i was in line i noticed that the cook was eating while he was cooking the steak and LICKED HIS GLOVES! Please beware of this place it is unsanitary. We instantly walked out and told the customers to get checked for covid 19.

I never knew Chipotle could be flavorless smh it’s like eating a bowl of oatmeal with different textures. Between the lack of professionalism, cussing by employees, while my son was with me and long lines.. I won’t be back to this location, which is unfortunate since it’s only 10minutes from me. I just had a bad experience here moments ago. The girl working was rude and said the bare minimum to me. It was not a good experience. If you do not want to be there then do not work there. This same girl told me my card had declined and would not give me my food. I sat it there for 20 minutes and still nothing even though I was charged for the food onto my card. Extremely displeased I want my money back immediately.
