Worst Chipotle ever! The whole team of staff acted so unprofessional that it’s hard to believe this is a Chipotle! No one is doing the cleaning. Tables are all so dirty. All of male staff just hang out chatting and laughing. The one who has to “assemble” the food looks super lethargic. The food may be fine, but the whole experience is just unpleasant. The whole store is incredibly dirty. We had a hard time finding a clean table to sit down. On top of that, they ran out of napkins! So consider yourself lucky if they gave you some paper towel.

Avoid this place if u r a vegetarian. I ordered vegetarian bowl and I got some meat prices in them. I also complained portion size were very less and they didn’t seem to care. Avoid this location and try malvern or KOP

I have read the reviews and will agree that the portion sizes at this location are smaller than others, but for an average size person it’s completely fine, if you are heavier than the position size might fall short for you. At other locations I usually have leftovers, this locations is just enough. I never had issues with the food quality here and I eat 2-3 times a month since 2019. I will add though, the chips have had a texture of being either stale, undercooked or were bagged up too quickly after being removed from the grease. Tip, you can asked for extra rice, cheese, salsa, vegs without any additional cost if the portion size isn’t enough for you.

I crave a steak bowl at least once a month, and I almost always visit this location as they usually have the right mix of fajitas with green peppers instead of red (yeah… I am that particular with that). Some of the staff could be quite rude to customers, but there’s a manager who seem to always be available to defuse the situation. I wouldn’t say they are friendly as well.

Ordered a burrito bowl through GrubHub and it only had protein. No rice, beans, vegetables, or cheese. Also the put the bowl into the takeout bag sideways so it leaked grease all over my car’s interior.

Can’t speak on dine in experience but we’ve ordered takeout many times from here. Quite possibly the worst chipotle because they give the smallest portions possible and the chicken is always burnt or dry. Even the days I order double chicken, there is barely any chicken. A lot of the times it looks like someone already ate half of our food.

I highly do not recommend this place I came in to get food and one of the line cooks cutt himself and did not throw my food out to make new and continue to touch people food and serve them while beeding I did not even pay for my food. I just got an excuse to make a quick exit without making a seen.

Seems like everyone that works here, especially the manager, has a chip on their shoulder. I have plenty of stories of bad experiences at this location, but here’s a good visual example of it. This sign is posted both on the main door as well as the counter where you order. Way to attack the customer twice before they even place an order. I like this part especially: “…you will be asked to have a great day” Huh?
