I ordered a carnitas burrito bowl. The first one that was sent fell through the bag from a opened and leaking container then I got a another one and its the one posted in the picture. It’s missing all the salsas & completely sloppy.

This chipotle is dusting. The employees are rude and do not care at all. They don’t give full scoops of anything and when you call them out for it, they have an attitude. The food is made so sloppy. My bag of chips might’ve had 10 chips in it. The soda fountain didn’t have any syrup, which I wish I would’ve known before I purchased a fountain drink. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like a subway terminal. Obviously no one cares about this location.

May be the worst Chipotle I’ve seen. Right from when you walk in tables dirty and fruit flies hovering around the soda machine (which was broken). Puddles of water and lemonade on the drink counter and on the silverware. Food was over cooked and dry like it was sitting there for a while. Food was running out early with no one cooking.

First off the person who took my order was obviously a newbie. So much so I think I have more experience as a customer. All employees looked like they didn’t have much experience either. Although they gave an extra ingredient in my build your own kids, they did not however give the chips and drink that came with it. My grandmother had to go up and get it.they had to refund the money my twin brother spent on a drink. U would not recommend this chipotle in willow grove.

Went twice , one time was ok, the second time the order was half the size. I asked, is this all the chicken you use,the last time, was a lot more. They said we don’t have a lot left …what?? This place is hit or miss at best. Id go back if they made their food the same each time.

Corporate needs to know this the crew in this store closes whenever they feel like. went there at 9:30pm inside store Lady told me we closed for in-store orders. She was just sitting playing on phone. Other employees just playing around and loud music. I can see lack of leadership in the store. Closing time is 10:00pm.

It can be hard finding good food from big companies near Horsham, and it feels like there is no one to turn to for convenience! But then, my family and I went to this Chipotle, and it was pretty great! The employee accidentally put the guacamole my dad wanted in my mom’s order, but they enjoyed their burrito bowls anyway. This is my third Chipotle review (yes I know I eat a lot of Chipotle), and I can’t really tell which one is better.
