Recently made an order for delivery from this Chipotle location for two burrito bowls and had a few issues. One of the bowls had fresh tomato salsa included when that was not asked for and it was missing romaine lettuce, green tomatillo salsa, tortilla, and fajita veggies. The other bowl was also missing fajita veggies.

This review has been a long time coming. This is the Chipotle that I will only go to in desperate need of food and without fail they screw up every single time. The food is often cold, the steak is 90% fat, the burritos look like they are wrapped by a team of preschoolers with no thumbs. My significant other gets harassed by individuals loitering outside the property, to which the employees turn a blind eye. There have been multiple instances where they closed because they ran out of supplies 3 hours before closing time. You would expect the Chipotle in Rittenhouse square to at least be half decent. Given that Chipotle has gotten more expensive, I wouldn’t waste my money at this location.

If you like adventure, this may be the Chipotle for you. Occasionally, you will have a very normal Chipotle experience in which you receive exactly what you order, well-made, and delicious. However, your experience is likely to veer from that beautiful path, but you have no way of knowing in advance which path you’re embarking upon. And therein lies the adventure and excitement.

Not the fault of the staff but— I’m actually shocked. I used to work at this location and there is no way my manager would ever let us prepare food without gloves or let anyone wait 40 mins for their order. Clearly the kids who work here are understaffed and overworked. Still, no job is a joke and these kids are treating it like one I’m assuming because there is no manager around to check them

Food is great and workers are friendly, but the last three times I’ve walked in, they’ve made everyone order online instead of being able to order right there even though everyone is staffed. Likely they’ve just got a lot of online orders already and not enough staff? I don’t know. But you’ll have to go sit down, download the app if you haven’t already, and order through the app, which will add 8-10 minutes to what you thought would be a quick food pickup experience.

I was there on Sat. 1-14. The girl behind the counter was so nice and polite and efficient. She was teaching the young man at the cash register and she was so sweet to him! The food was good. But the table area needed to be cleaned up and there was a weird person in the bathroom and I never did get to go.. oh, didn’t like that some menu items had to be ordered online…
