Haven’t had chipotle in years but was craving some quick and easy Mexican food, this was the only thing open this late. Ordered delivery from here for a veggie burrito bowl. Didn’t receive any rice, beans, or veggies. Just lettuce, sour cream, guac, and salsa. Don’t even bother coming here or ordering from this location because they have no idea what they are doing. No one even picks up the phone when you try to call. This reminded me why I should never get chipotle again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! When I opened the bowl to see the smallest portion of rice and chicken I almost laughed. Everything I ordered in the bowl came in a side cup. Chipotle get it together.

Straight trash…although they did give me a refund. Where is the cheese, lettuce, salsa, queso, fajita veggies I asked for. This bowl had only chicken beans tomatillo and an abundance of sour cream. Definitely not presented well…presentation is a part of quality, second only to the taste of the food. Look at this hot mess!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered online, waited 30min and then was alerted that the driver had an issue and the order was cancelled. Figuring the order had been spilled or something else we ordered AGAIN…waited 30min AGAIN, and the order got cancelled AGAIN, after waiting another 30 minutes. And honestly anytime we’ve gotten food from this location, it’s always screwed up and missing items. Terrible service, maybe hired some employees that want to work and actually want to do their job. This was the last time getting any thing from this location.

Gave my pregnant wife, me, and dog food poisoning. She and I had burritos with extra chicken. I gave half to the dog. 2 days later she was in emergency perinatal evaluation center cause she couldn’t stop throwing up. All three of us throwing up and diahrea. Poor dog shooting liquid and corn out of both ends. Need to call cleaners and have rug shampooed cause its ruined. Whole backyard looks like a pudding food fight. Dr said she had food poisoning and damn near killed our baby. Don’t place an order before they close or they will give you old food that sat around all day!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!

Sadly we didn’t have places like this on campus when I was here 30 years ago. This place is well staffed and moves people though the line quickly which is perfect for a campus environment. The location is excellent and is right next to several other eateries if industrial Mexican is not your thing. Seating space is a bit limited. My son ordered tacos but they didn’t have any shells.
