Smallest bowl I’ve ever received at ANY Chipotle. I even asked for dbl meat(with the intention of being charged for) Rotten lettuce aside. Threw if away. Usually they look pretty buff with a salad base. This has no rice or beans. This is the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Good luck at the Eats Falls location. It’s hit or miss. Try Bala Cynwyd? Or get it outside the city. They hire locally.

It’s absolutely disgusting that this chipotle would serve this as “guacamole”. I ordered through the app so didn’t see the guacamole before ordering. The employee told me that they have been getting brown avocados. This isn’t brown avocados – this is DAYS and DAYS old. No employee should feel comfortable serving this to someone and the manager should ensure that quality ingredients are being used, or take them off the menu until they can be secured. I had to have the employee make me a new bowl because this is just gross. I didn’t even receive a refund for the guacamole. I was given a BOGO for next time. Simply disgusting!

If I could leave 0 stars or better yet negative stars I would. In fact, if it wouldn’t take me so long to do, I’d create several Gmail accounts just to leave another 0 star review. The guy whos there late night cannot hear orders (probably due to the music blasting inside or the headphone in his ears) and screwed up my order multiple times. He blamed me for his screw ups even though I was reading the order verbatim from a text. Dude said not a single word to me even when I apologized for the confusion, taking the blame for their incompetence. No communication. They had no brown rice. No al pastor. No veggies. No lettuce. No shredded cheese. Dude put a full pint of sour cream in the bowl, probably to make up for the missing ingredients. I was disgusted. He didn’t even tell me my total. I left feeling like I had been robbed. I’ll NEVER come back to this location.

This chipotle is truly one of the worst I’ve been to. My order is wrong nearly every single time and always at least 15 minutes late. It’s extremely rare you encounter a nice employee here. Most are rude and inconvenienced by the thought of a customer walking in. You will absolutely have a better experience at the McDonald’s next door. Don’t step foot in this establishment if you value your happiness and good service.

The experience at Chipotle is fairly predictable. Typically fast, efficient, get what you want (for the most part). My frustration with this particular location… they *never* have veggies when I am there (different times of the day). They gotta figure that out.

Absolutely awful experience! I was rushed through the line this women was hand motioning me to hurry up as I’m trying to get my words out. So ignorant and disrespectful they also gave me a bag of chips with 12 chips in it ! This is ridiculous for the price I will never spend another dime at this chipotle .
