If you place an order for pickup make sure you open it up and check it. My employer bought everyone lunch and I ordered a steak burrito bowl. I did not eat it at work. I brought it home to have for dinner. I waited until I got good and hungry to open it. THERE WAS NO STEAK, AND I ORDERED THE DOUBLE PROTEIN PORTION☹️

Yo that dude Matthew hooked it up! Any other time I’ve ever been to any other Chipotle, they give you maybe half of that, maybe. I was exploring this area, got some seriously unwelcome vibes from a couple of other places on the block, I stopped in here, the staff were friendly, there was no wait, I was in and out in like 5 minutes. This steak bowl was delicious. Very much appreciated.

I used to be disgusted by Chipotle. I had countless terrible experiences at the Chipotle near the UPenn campus. One day, I was in desperation and went to this location. The restaurant was extremely clean— almost spotless, and despite the popularity, the streamline process was very efficient. Two employees stood out especially to me— one was Lincoln, and the other was Rahmir. Despite carrying multiple tasks within the kitchen, cashier, back, etc, both made sure to check in with almost every customer eating and were egoless in making sure the rest of the staff maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every bowl was very neat and the proportions were respectable, and if I or another customer were to ask for more than the initial proportion, they knew exactly how to communicate with different people and expressed their capabilities and priorities. Somehow, these two employees have managed to stay at this restaurant and have even learned my name and a few of my coworkers names when we arrive. They go above and beyond and I hope that their efforts are recognized. This is the only Chipotle location I trust. Lincoln and Rahmir!!

Just received a take out order with chips and queso. However, the chips and queso were not in the bag. Upon telling staff, they told me they were out only After I noticed they were missing. They said I had to online for a refund, but when I asked to see the manager, suddenly they went into the back and got me both chips and queso. They just did not want to get it for me in the moment. Absolutely insane they were callous enough to stiff an order, and only fulfilled the order after pressing the issue. Worse than bad service.

My daughter eats here after school 3-4 times per week. Today her and her friends were approached very gently and with a respectable distance by a person in need of help to get something to eat. All he asked for was if they would purchase him a small cup of beans. The graciously purchased him what he humbly requested and as he quietly chose a quaint table to sit and eat his beans quietly and completely out of anyone’s way security guards of Lincoln Square came in and inquired with a tall Caucasian male staff as to whether he wanted the gentleman to leave and the male staff replied “yeah he’s got to go” The store was not crowded, there were 2 tables of guests other than the gentleman who was unjustly thrown out. He was quiet and so content eating the beans which were purchased before he was thrown out in the rain to attempt to finish his beans under a tree to try to keep from being drenched. My daughter and her friends were heart broken and will never forget the sadness they felt and expressed after witnessing this horrific act of discrimination. It is not ok to treat humans this way. People should be treated with compassion respect and dignity no matter what another person thinks of them based on what they perceive their socioeconomic status to be. This was despicable and we are all disappointed. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!

The way the workers of this particular establishment chop vegetables is astounding, like a Montessori third grader—choppy and barely digestible if not chewed thoroughly. I’d give a lower rating if they didn’t pack the bowls as dummy thick as they do. The team also plays their own music vs the approved Chipotle playlist, which I appreciate. I’ll still be coming here out of sheer convenience and as a reminder that the best gifts come in small packages.

Don’t bother ordering online. The order is never ready when you request it since they don’t start making it until you get there. Then you wait 20 minutes as they prioritize people ordering there. And 9 times out of 10, they get the order wrong.
