Ordered burrito from DoorDash to my work. Burrito wasn’t even closed when it came to me, sour cream all over the wrapper. It completely fell apart and I didn’t have a fork to finish it with. Got everywhere. Very disappointed. You have 1 job, to make an edible burrito. If it’s not even able to close make another one.

Visit here periodically. Nothing stellar about it, but it is reliable and fairly consistent. Sometimes the service is a little slow. I was there this past weekend and 5 people were huddled around the cash register trying to resolve one customer’s issue while one person was left to provide service for everyone in line. It’s nice that they have rice without cilantro stored in the back, but you have to know that they do this and ask them about it.

Malvern location is quite close to us but they have major issues with quality and getting orders correct. My wife ordered a steak salad and there was no steak. My taco had next to no meat on it. Not sure if this is just an issue with this location or across the entire company. We won’t be back as this is the 3rd time in the past couple months.

the chips were completely burnt. We each got the smallest amount of food portion wise , complete waste of money. Lettuce is brown (not pictured because I just threw it out) wait time is way longer than they say. Super disappointed since this is the nearest chipotle to us . Given this place a few tries upsetting to say the least everytime . Will not be going back

I noticed that this location all of sudden only do online orders because of short staffing. I believe it’s because they don’t prepare your food in front of you. Therefore no effort put forth. They give you what they want. I work around the corner and before online orders only. The portions were always generous.

I’ve had good experiences here pretty much up until covid. Since then it’s been hit or miss. They closed at random between 2021 – 2022 when the pandemic was kind of starting to slow down. It’s 3.5 years since covid started and they’re still very understaffed. The last two times have not been super great. I got home from a family vacation in Italy and, as much as I love Italian food, the first thing I wanted was a burrito. I ordered the burrito through doordash for delivery on Saturday due to me not having access to a car and I instantly got sick right away and throw up which both my mom and I believe to be food poisoning. I got it again today and have been feeling a bit sick since eating the burrito. Don’t think I’m going to come back anytime soon.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and chips/guacamole. I haven’t ordered from Chipotle in a while because it wasn’t great the last time but I thought I’d try it again. This used to be one of my favorite places. I’m extremely disappointed. The guacamole is brown, stringy and looks very questionable. My steak burrito bowl has more inedible pieces than edible. I had to spit half of it out as it was very hard and grisly. I’m sad to say I’ve completely lost my appetite for this place. I paid nearly $20 for food I can’t even eat. The bag of chips even had much to be desired…barely any chips at all in the bag.

This location is by far the absolute worst chipotle. The line workers are rude and the atmosphere is negative from the moment you walk through the doors. On top of that, they give child portions to full grown adults. Never going back here again.
