I love Chipotle but this one, really not great. Very very inconsistent, today was the last time ill be going to this one ever. I work hard and want to just get my dinner and head out. I get the customer service its fast food people are stressed. But rolling up a Burrito like a ball I am not sure who trained you but that is incorrect in any fashion of a burrito. Barely any meat on the burrito not worth the expensive price of these burritos, also some uncooked rice in there for added texture I guess. My girlfriend said the queso tastes like nothing and chips overly salty (But she doesn’t like chipotle at all).

Overall okay, but the quality of the food and service has noticeably degraded over the last couple of years (portions are smaller too). Usually order through DoorDash and it’s not uncommon to have parts of the order missing, or a burrito that wasn’t folded and fell apart. Last night I went here in person, and it was a complete mess. Employees were disorganized and unprofessional, manager was yelling at one employee to focus on my order. Super weird vibe. The food didn’t look great – the lettuce was red and slimy.

We all ordered salads. When we got to the register and asked for dressing we were told they were out if it. I asked why we weren’t told this when we ordered because we would have ordered differently. The snippy girl at the register replied, we don’t have to tell you because it’s not a menu item. I said salads get dressing, she gave me the same snippy reply again, and two more times! Someone in corporate had better train these people that when a customer is unhappy what they need to say simply is, sorry. You don’t continue to argue with the customer that they don’t HAVE to do something! However, there was a sign on the register that said they’re out of water cups. So, water cups are a menu item, but salad dressing is not?!

Best chipotle in the area. The food is pretty fresh. Sometimes I get pieces of food in my tacos or burritos that I do not order like onions or corn, which can be disappointing. However, it is clean for the most part and rarely out of stock on items. The woman at the register always remembers me and she is super sweet.

I always get a veggie bowl at chipotle. The thing is there’s no protein in a veggie bowl and this place give the smallest portions of rice and fajitas(veggies) and when I ask for extra they give me 1/4 part of the spoon they serve in. And they sell chips labeled as large but it’s not even regular size bag of chips.Please chipotle try to make some changes as this is the only nearest chipotle which is 15 mins from where I live.

I’m so done with this chipotle, don’t order from here it is awful. i’ve doordashed from here twice and both times they’ve give me the tiniest portion when i’m paying 20 dollars for a bowl. also payed extra for queso and couldn’t even get that. don’t order from here i promise it isn’t worth it. give me my money back!!!!
