I have never had a particularly bad experience with the food at this location. It is exactly what you would expect from a chipotle, my only complaint would be sometimes the chips are a little stale. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working, I will say the vast majority of the time it is great and I am in and out very quickly. Also this location very rarely has a line more than 2 people long which is nice.

This Chipotles is a joke. The people behind the counter should not be working there. I asked does this look like a normal size bowl to you. They said yup all normal portions. It doesn’t event take up the space in the bowl. 20 dollar meal and u give so little. I can see why your rating is so bad

Staff don’t speak to you. Don’t say hi. Don’t ask what can I get you. Look at you blankly and wait for you to speak. 90% of the time the order is incorrect when ordering online. They also wrap burritos in the incorrect direction leaving you to eat one ingredient at a time. Absolutely hate this location.

This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in the Montgomery county area. Not sure if it’s a management issue or just employees simply not being trained right. Putting almost nothing in your bowl, or putting in way more than you asked for. I got a rice bowl that had not enough rice to fill out my bowl and when I asked for lite Pico I was given about half a pans worth of it. When I asked the kid working behind the counter if he could take some off the top, he proceeded to try and place it back in the pan that is on the serving line. If not for me mentioning to him that was a terrible idea (having worked in food service for years myself) he then decided to throw the whole bowl out instead to remake the order. Definitely the type of service that makes you never want to come back to a restaurant. 2/16/23 5:50pm.

This picture is 1 of the 2 bowls I ordered with 3 sides…key words 1 of 2. I received 3 sides and 3 bowls. 1 bowl was a mystery and had corn which I did NOT order. 1 bowl not sure if it was right or not. The most important bowl (mine of course) I thought I ordered double chicken and steak (well app problem but not a big deal I’ll take the double steak) but what WAS a big deal I ordered it with EXTRA cheese and rice clearly they didnt follow directions this is a normal sized regular steak bowl ♀️

(Very rude employees) as I walked in the store one of them yelled out “this is my last customer” the store was empty. I looked around to see why he would say that a half hour before the store was scheduled to close as another yelled out “only credit or debit!” Before me even reaching the counter. The food was extremely dried out & not edible for a human being. Take it from me don’t waste your time you’ll find a better meal in a sewage plant.

We had an online order, and upon returning home noticed each meal had something wrong. Peppers and onions in an order for some who can’t have spicy food. Wrong protein in one, and missed ingredients. Very disappointing!

Against my better judgment I placed an order online (should have listened to my instincts). Picked my order up at 1:10 pm on a Wednesday and while the order was ready when promised, it was incorrect. I was not intending on eating it until later, I should have checked it before I left. I ordered the chicken bowel and asked for no rice and they put white rice in it. If I would have wanted rice, I would have ordered brown rice as I always order brown rice with any dish so I know it was not a error on my part and the chicken was inferior quality (several fatty tough pieces). I would chaulk it up to a one time error but looking at the reviews it seems like inaccurate orders are par for this location so I’ll be hesitant to order from them again. Word of caution, avoid online ordering, at least if you order in person you can call them out when they start making it wrong.
