Why is it that every time I order here, my order is wrong. No lettuce on a salad like … my salad is missing fajita veggies, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. You literally gave me rice, chicken, and cheese. It’s actually missing more items than I was even given and you added beans which I hate. So thanks for the food I won’t eat! Joke of a location.

Oderered Online for pickup. Got to pickup line on time and someone in front of me was early. He waited in his car in line and when I yelled since he was holding up the line, he said he was waiting for his order to be completed. Chipotle team should be instructed to tell EARLY patrons to PULL OVER or circle the building. My food was cold and soggy when I got home. There were 4 cars in line behind me and I’m sure their food was cold and soggy by the time they got home too.

Times like this I realize that we should pay people based on how they are at their job instead of setting a minimum wage. Judging by how used his card was, this guy has worked here a long time. Even if he was new he should know how to properly handle food. The surfaces were so gross already, there were a lot of ingredients already missing

I have gone to this Chipotle on and off for three years, and every time I go, the food tastes bland and customer service is subpar. Also, this Chipotle is always out of something. Almost never is their food line actually stocked. For better food and service, I recommend everyone order from the Chipotle in King of Prussia instead.

Ordered online, said 10mins until pickup, ended up waiting 30mins. Place was almost empty, took 6 employees 30mins for 1 burrito. Ordered double chicken and got more lettuce than chicken. Food quality has gone down a lot as well

The employees who work at this location are so exceptionally rude and the restaurant is constantly dirty. They’re also horrendously understaffed and constantly get orders wrong, you’re honestly better off driving to another location nearby.

No lettuce on my bowl, thanks guys. Food was just sitting out on a counter probably since 2 minutes after placing my order. There’s no parking close to the store, no designated online pickup spots, but that doesn’t stop employees from parking their Honda Accords in the fire lane to shoot the breeze.
