Love Chipotle stopped in about 30 minutes ago. Ordered a steak bowl, at time didn’t have steak. Which was fine no problem waiting till it was cooked. When the steak was finished the server told the cook she needed the steak cut, and I was waiting. The associate saw me waiting and responded to the server, he can wait, with a smile on his face. I waited a little longer which didn’t bother me. However he wasn’t even trying to cut the steak, was more interested in watching people come in. Love the food but this location cook’s customer service, absolutely sucked!!!!!

uhm.. out of steak and guac on the in-service line but the order pick up station is full. asked if I could buy a cup of guac, was told “no” and it’s only got order deliveries. I opened my app and ordered it. That’s pretty ridiculous. Restaurant itself.. the reviews don’t lie. This location is beyond filthy. Drink station is a mess, leaking. Didn’t even want to grab a fork from here. Save yourself the heartache.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It was filthy and the staff was lazy. The drink area was a mess and so was every single table.literally not one clean table. We had to ask them to wipe something down so we could at least have a place to sit. They didn’t have any Chips at all and no forks. The girl at the cash register kept using the F word. We would have left but we were on the road and literally starving. The manager/owner needs to do some serious training and teach these kids about customer service for sure or this place won’t last long. Very disappointing as we love Chipotle.

Every chipotle I’ve ever been in is out of something. Our family literally eats at a Chipotle once a week and it’s always an issue even at locations in other states. Plus they save items for online orders only like the quesadillas. You’re better off ordering on the app and just wait for it to come out on the shelf. I done with this place which is a shame since it’s a place both my kids will eat at.

I’m highly upset with the white girl with blond short hair who worked morning shift sunday July 16 she acted as if she did not wanna serve me and my boyfriend and was hardly putting anything in our bowl and was throwing the stuff in the bowl as if she was angry and nothing but a pinch of cheese in our bowl but when the next customer comes she has a whole different attitude and loads his bowl and the people in front of us. I was not happy with the service or bowls. From a former chipotle worker who knows the right portion sizes that was half portions this was not worth my money.

We got there when they open, definitely not ready for customers. No chicken al pastor, no brown rice, no ice tea, no spoons or tongs in the food. They did have apologies. This seems to be the way many Chipotle work.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Service is super slow. The entree portion amount you get is not equal to other Chipotle’s. They give small portions and even charge extra for a small container of salad dressing. The music was up very loud. You’re a fast food restaurant, not a dance club. I could barely hear the staff. I’ll take my business elsewhere the next time.

This chipotle is a hit or miss. I had a pick up order for 8 PM. Got there and none of the orders was done and didn’t get my food until 8:30 PM. They ran out of chicken at 8 PM and tried to charge me for vinaigrette then she changed her mind and said it wasn’t any. Also was out of queso.
