If you order delivery, they’ll skimp out on the portion to the point that it’s 50% the food you’d receive if you’d picked it up. Intentional? Perhaps. Try it both ways yourself and you’ll see what I’m saying.

Every time I’ve gone to this chipotle over the years it’s been absolutely horrid. Idk why I keep giving them another chance. Quesadilla I got wasn’t cooked at all. The steak in the bowl was burnt. The burrito I ordered had none of the toppings in it. The guac was half full and brown. Chips were burnt. Everything was wrong and awful. It’s almost comical how bad it is every time.

The service and portions were good. Got home and the food has NO SEASONING! Chicken – not seasoned, Black Beans – water & beans, the only spice was the Salsa. I can barely eat this – What is that all about? This is the worse – good thing I keep seasonings in my home cabinet – VERY DISAPPOINTED- I went here because it’s closer to my home, from now on I’ll go the distance. Rt 13 or Kirkwood Hwy well worth the time, money and taste.

The worst Chipotle experience ever. Two missing items. The “tacos” (pictured) were triangle cuts of the burrito tortillas – must have run out? Employees where eating while prepping food. How is the manager allowed to run this location? I’ll never be back to this one.

It’s just like any normal Chipotle. The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome! The only thing I can say is that when ordering using the mobile app you run into situations where the location might not have the items you requested. However, the app still lets you order these items and at this particular location my order had items that were substituted without my knowledge. Now this wasn’t a massive issue as I simply went back and requested to have a different item which was met quickly, but I would of much rather preferred being told about it when I picked up my order instead of finding it out while driving back to eat. I can’t complain too much though since that is a bit unreasonable for me to expect such tedious level of attention to my order, especially at such a busy location. I didn’t read all the 1 star reviews, but from what I did read they are undeserved because the food tasted great and the in person service was awesome. I’ll definitely be returning here in the future!

So I placed an Pollo Asado order and clearly it states that I ordered guacamole however this is what I received. I received very little Pollo Asado, I’m sure scraps of what was left, no guacamole (which to me is what makes the meal and paid extra) , some sour cream and no utensils as we requested utensils. I guess you have to go in and place/pick up your order. This is the first time ordering through an app from here and I’m disappointed! NEVER AGAIN!

I truly like chipotle. I rarely go. I had a taste for some good salsa and guacamole so I went here. As I entered I noticed a gentleman sweeping directly towards the open bar assembly. Before I said a word I assumed maybe somehow there is a glass protecting the side the employees are on as well. Don’t trip Kysha you are here for the guac! I tried to ignore it because I really wanted chipotle (did I already mention that lol) I tried to even lie to myself just to still buy it lol but when I realized there’s just an open bay on their side of the assembly line of food options I politely asked even tho I didn’t want to because they are preparing my food and I know it’s a thin line mentioning something like this but still I said “I’m sorry are you sweeping with the food right there? Please say no!?” I smiled and everything. It was downhill from there. The younger guy immediately went from English to Spanish snickering and whispering. I then even asked “can you at least give me the food under that first layer?” I wanted chipotle lol. The man who was sweeping replied “it’s not getting on anything but how about he make it for you from the other side.” I thought that was nice, but then the young guy now has an attitude that I dare even mention the other man sweeping, it’s like he was more disgusted than me that I had the nerve to even mention it. He went to the other side where there was an entire other assembly bar to make what a customer is requesting, that’s where the young lady was making bowls also. He immediately got close to her and while making my food started talking about me in Spanish not knowing I know Spanish. I then asked for someone else to make my meal to which the guy who was sweeping food into the front facing bar, offered which was also nice of him. I left with my meal to which I did convince myself it’s still edible and that no dust and floor bacteria was swept into it. It’s just a shame that I had to have this experience on a day where I just wanted some chipotle. Maybe the younger guy there just had a bad day, but he had no idea the day I had and didn’t care and that’s ok but I no longer want chipotle and that says everything. Based on the recent reviews I see I’m not alone. I’ll never go here again. God bless.

There was NO GUACAMOLE AVAILABLE FOR LUNCH. Burrito was tiny, almost a soft taco- poor portions, they had no napkins so they set out bathroom paper towels. – This is not the first bad experience here.
