It’s the most disgusting, unorganized and unprofessional chipotle I’ve ever been into. Staff clearly don’t care, always incredibly rude, always out of most items and my orders always wrong. Embarrassing. Asked for a steak quesadilla with a side of rice and corn…guy didn’t put cheese on it and gave me a tub of cheese corn rice and sour cream.

Too inconsistent to give this location a high rating. This eve the staff (new) were particularly surly and the food was an abomination. There was more salt in my burrito than a salt mine and more lime in it than an Australia bound British penal ship… I don’t get why a franchise as dominant as this one cannot get a handle on quality control. I mean don’t they have a recipe they are supposed to follow and don’t they train their staff to be nice to people. Why tip if this is the result?

Worst experience ever! Ordered veggie bowl and kids meal at night and waiting more than 30 minutes to get the food to delivered and whoever was working Tuesday August 15th around 10:00pm. So the food got delivered little after 10:30 pm. As soon we were ready to eat and opened our bad what do we see? A empty box instead of veggie bowl. Seriously who does that? But thank God that person at least they put the kids meal but after my child had that food, started to through up after 4 hours. Please don’t waist your money and your time here.

Just as good as an experience as you would expect from a chipotle. The food was prepared quickly, the staff were friendly and your typical chicken burrito bowl costs $11.11. I like this restaurant location because it is cheap, consistent and convenient.

Although the food is great, the atmosphere and location are prime, it is the staff that really gets on my nerves, especially just recently, on Thursday, June 22 at 4p and with ATTITUDES! On more than one occasion, I got charged different prices for just a side order, and I wish they would make up their minds as to what to charge. I did contact Corporate each time and they offered no solution. Guess if Chipotle still wants my money, then #CLEANITUP!

Ordered 3 bowls. Only had brown rice left which is fine but the rice was undercooked. It was hard. The beans weren’t done either. Cold food and they were out of a lot of items. The girl was working so hard and it was only her. $40 and it wasn’t a good dinner choice.

People who work at this location are rude and skimp your food. I greeted the lady at the counter with a smile, and she proceeded to have an attitude about correcting a mistake she made on my order, and then still did not give me what I asked for. I had to ask multiple times for additional toppings because the portion sizes at this location were significantly smaller than any other location I’ve been to. I will not be going back to this location.

Terrible service. ordered before closing and they told the driver that my food had already been picked up. After I told them no one was sent to pickup my food. Admit that you gave the order away…it’s that simple. Wouldn’t remake it because they were already closed by that time. Trash service.
