This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve never met a more incompetent staff. I had asked for fresh rice and the incompetent worker proceeded to pour the old rice on top of the new rice and serve it to me, there’s no reason why I should be eating undercooked rice. I couldn’t even finish my bowl due to how inedible it was. I’m very upset and disappointed and will not be retuning back to this location. Save your money and buy McDonald’s.

Servers were so rude and had the worst attitude. I was deciding between a small and large drink and got YELLED at. I tried the watermelon limeade and it wasn’t great. I will not be coming here again. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Borderline traumatic experience.

I reported them to the food safety of DC. They served raw, uncooked meat. My son found this 6 inch long piece of cartilage and tissue. My husband then found a chunk of completely raw chicken. We got our money back and stopped eating it immediately, but someone is going to end up seriously ill.

Poor customer service. When I walked up to be services there were three employees having a conversation. The one employee who did see me looked at me and waited a moment before coming over. When he came over he did not ask what i wanted or what he could get started he simply said hello and stared at me. He put a little amount of meat in my bowl and then said I would have to be charged for more. After the transaction he gloated to his co worker about what he did. This was very unprofessional and rude. He was a short dark skin male with dreads and a star necklace.

Staff were ridiculously rude. They messed my order up and when I pointed it out 1 of the staff members tried to gaslight me that I had requested for the ingredient that they had mistakenly added. She then said that I had no choice but to take the wrong order. I insisted that I could not as I was not able to consume the ingredient they added. She threw the food to the wall in rage and inferred that I was dumb for not knowing how to order.

The employees are weird and rude for no reason. No one was even in line and the service was terrible. I got there are 11am around the time they open and The counters were gross and the food looked unsanitary..everything looks like it’s been sitting there for hours..i stood there for 2mins watching the employee talk to one another and then when one finally came over she just stared at me..no greeting or anything. I just walked away. Close it down honestly. Or hire ppl that actually want to work.

Skip it. Other reviewers are correct, possibly the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. Out of some foods, didn’t look fresh, people milling around behind the counter and gossiping. Threw out half my food and got something else. Better options in this concourse and upstairs.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. Rodents running outside the counter. Poor customer service, horrible quality food, over cooked rice, lettuce is chopped, no chips, I ordered a drink and waited until I was seated to drink it taste like seltzer water.
