I ordered a burrito and when it was being wrapped half the burrito spilled outside onto the table they use. The person wrapping it was picking it up off the table and using her hands to put it in the wrap and thought that was ok. I asked them to use another wrap and 3 of them started to aggressively tell me it was my fault that it spilled over. One of the guys then just dumped everything out and used another wrap, but not before talking to other customers about me right while I was there. I would have tossed it straight into the trash had I not already paid for it. Disgusting place and staff.

Visiting DC this was the nearest Chipotle to us. One of the girls making our order has a horrible attitude and there were 3 people taking our order for our family and they got confused but the girl with the red hair treated me and my family with so much disrespect and i guess she thought giving me a long stare i was gonna react. We as Hispanics have been taught respect Wished I would have read the horrible reviews before stopping here don’t waste your money here.

Not sure if they are aloud to make their own rules but I never been charged for asking for a side of sour cream and medium sauce in any other location in DC. I only asked for it because I gotten extra meat that was paid for the person serving me 15 min today was light handed on the sauces and it felt on purpose attitude was horrible and no one could give me a precise reason why i was charged for condiments. My order was $21, never paid that amount for my order ever. Location comes off as rude and greedy. And printing machine was done so no receipt.

I placed an order through their website, I received a call from the door dash delivery driver saying my order was not in their system. I guess their system is down so the door dash driver passes the phone to the chipotle worker I was about to tell the rude girl my order when she began to tell me hurry up in a very rude tone it is not my fault their system was down the young lady was rude towards the door dash driver and towards me over the phone she automatically told the door dash driver to cancel my order with an aggressive tone she did not give me a chance to tell her my order. The disrespect their staff members need more training to handle situations when they occur I will be calling the store to speak to the manager

Worst chipotle location ever!!!!!! Staff is rude and there is no cleanliness at this location. I ordered veggie bowls and could pieces of meat in it. I asked to make sure they don’t put any meat in it and still found meat in the food.
