I eat chipotle 1+ times a week and I always get the same thing. This bowl was done perfectly, especially the chicken and (I can’t believe I’m using this term but it came to mind) this chicken slaps. Service was kind despite the place being busy (dinner time). Thank you all for a notable experience.

I waited 20 extra minutes for my order because the dude behind the counter refused to say it had my name on it and wouldn’t give it to me despite me staring at my name(and I’ve never met another person who spelled their name the same as my full name). Then when I finally got it and got home I realized it had my name on it but isn’t my food. I can’t even eat it. I’m allergic to it. Thank God i noticed before swallowing. But it’s not worth it to go back especially with the employees yelling and being rude. Not to me, but I saw it happen to a couple other people and I’m not trying to let that be me. Guess I’ll starve.

I walked in there at 10:30 PM. They were cleaning I saw the guy who was mopping and cleaning with the gloves and when he came around, he had the same gloves on, was putting his hands on the lettuce cheese and I was just watching him. Can’t believe he’s doing it in front of me and I just saw him he didn’t even change gloves. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting with the same gloves on and try to put it, very disgusting did not change the glove. I paid for it, but I threw it away I did not eat it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Consistently have issues with all of my orders at this Chipotle. They always skimp on meat (even when you pay for double), have terrible customer service and even now I’m standing here waiting 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Terrible.
