Don’t ever go to this chipotle if you have a big appetite. They will rob you of half your money like they did to me right here. I finally got home and opened up my fresh burrito bowl and this is the tragedy I open the lid to. This specific chipotle is notorious for doing this, and I will not be going back to this specific one. Save your money and satisfy your appetite somewhere else!!!

This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location. The employee who was putting my burrito together could not speak english so every time I ask her for something, she didn’t understand what I was asking for. When she understood, she only put a little bit and I would have to ask her for more and she got an attitude with me every time. She was wrapping my burrito very loosely so I asked her to wrap it tighter. She did not understand what I was asking, so she asked the manager what I was talking about. Without even turning around to acknowledge me, he told me ” We cannot do that”. RealReally? Course you can wrap my burrito tighter. When i got home, I realized that they didn’t fill my salsa cups up enough so I had to drive all the way back to this location to grab more salsa. Then, the heavy set hispanic employee female with dark hair got an attitude with me when I asked for more salsa. Very rude. Definitely the wrong crew to be working for this establishment. The most disgusting fast food I’ve ever had. Been here twice and both times got undercooked, chewy meat. Almost $20 for a bowl of slop. Make the 10 minute sacrifice and go to the chipotle down the road, I wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog.

Every time I order a burrito, it is made as if they squished everything together to where most of the food that is supposed to be on the inside is on the outside?!?! Also, I just ordered today, 10/6/2022, a burrito and got a bowl?!? How is that and why…ordered a side of chips with guacamole, and this is how fresh the guacamole was…see the picture! I thought their motto was everything new?!?!? Almost black guacamole?!?! I am the wrong one…I keep going back, mainly for convenience. I hope this helps you guys make up your mind.

This is the only chipotle I ever go to and never have problems but had one of the worst experiences ever today. I order my bowl online and picked it up, took it home and sat at the dining table. I start eating and mid way I bite into something really hard, I spit out my food to see what it is. There was pieces of broken glass in bowl…. So many questions! First how does that even happen? Second how is it in my bowl? I’ve never been the one to ever leave a review but this is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. Luckily I’m someone who chews my food and only bit into it. I could’ve swallowed it or have my mouth cut up. Terrible experience

I ordered pick-up here and waited fifteen minutes for my bag to appear on the pick-up shelves and it never did. An employee asked what I was waiting on and led me to a side shelf behind the counter, explaining that they keep pick-up orders there so people can’t walk off with someone else’s order. I asked, “Are customers allowed back here?” to which he responded, “No.” So if the orders won’t be placed on the pick-up shelves and I’m not allowed to access my order on the side counter, then I have to go through the line to alert an employee that I’m here to pick-up because I can’t just cut the line at the register. If I have to go through the line no matter what, what’s the point of offering pick-up? I got home and realized they didn’t give me my queso, so I had to drive all the way back. That same employee directs another to give me a large, which was a very generous remediation considering I ordered a large in the first place…

Filthiest Chipotle I have ever been to! I love Chipotle food and eat at different stores in the DC area as well as other states. This location had food debris on every table and all over the floors. Even the counter at the register was covered with pieces of food. The guy at the register was on his phone when no one was at the register to pay. He could have been cleaning the countertop. Also, the steak was very over cooked and tough. Oh, and there was not Coke at the fountain dispenser.

We’ve only been here three times and every time it is filthy. Once there were so many fruit flies by the soda machine that we left without filling our cups. A few months later we gave it a second try and it was just as dirty, but we needed a place to get dinner after a late soccer practice. It was the same. This time, we hadn’t been in probably a year, but again needed to grab a bite after a late soccer practice and there was food on the tables and all over the floor. We’re done.
