This was a Uber eats order for a “full” burrito bowl. Does this look full to you? I expect my bowl to be almost overflowing for $15, this is pathetic and inexcusable. How hard is it to literally scoop ingredients into a freaking bowl? Apparently too hard for high school kids and bad managers. I ordered a burrito bowl through uber eats and when it arrived the portions for the rice meat and beans was half of what it should’ve been they filled it with lettuce and sour cream and skimped on the actual ingredients

Went there for lunch thinking they had lots to give, the guac was full chunks of hard avocado, the lady serving barley gave me any food trust me I didn’t want like 5 scoops just the regular portion. Nope. When asking for sour cream there was clearly no more and the lady insisted on the little bit that was left and didn’t care to get a fresh batch. Speaking of fresh the lettuce was NOT FRESH it was burnt and lettuce had a foul taste. Then when I go to pay the girl doesn’t even look at her she’s busy fooling around and I had to remind her to give me my chips. Just annoyed with this location at this point.

Absolutely avoid take out if you can. The app said my food was ready for pickup but took an additional 15 minutes to come out, and when I went to eat it, I realized there was genuinely barely any chicken in it. The entire bowl was just rice and beans and there was truly not even a third of a scoop of chicken in it. It looked like they might’ve been running out of chicken al pastor and scraped the very last remnants of what was left into my bowl, but I absolutely would’ve preferred if they just let me know they were out and gave me normal chicken. I’m honestly a bit upset that I waited half an hour and paid full price for what I was served.
