This location is ALWAYS disappointing. The food is always nasty! Too salty, undercooked, overcooked… something! I came in today at 11am and thought it would be fresh and up to par and no! It taste like chalk. Very nasty chalky after taste in the rice. I want my money back and will dispute this. Oh and the lady left the lid halfway off! It fell on my carpet -_-

Today was my first visit at this store, and ladies who were work to serve at dinner time, were chatting & laughing in their language as I stood in front of them to order – not paying attention… They must be having too much fun in their language, and forgot about customs standing before them. Wii NOT go back this store.

My boyfriend never ordered at Chipotle before. I told him to get a chicken bowl for me. He asked is there’s any veggie, the staff said no, and he came home with a bowl like this photo. So when corns and tomatoes are made into salsa, they are no longer veggies???? Or at the very least, isn’t lettuce veggie???? Basically if a customer doesn’t speak your chipotle language you lose the ability to serve them??????

This is our local Chipotle, and what a shame that is. As a family, we eat at Chipotle every Monday, and we officially have decided to give our money to this location no longer and will only be consumers at the one near Sweet Water. Firstly, the floor and tables are always dirty and not enticing to sit at. We have watched employees ignore trash and leave it sitting there. Most importantly, the staff is the rudest team we have ever experienced. The manager will talk poorly about the customers in Spanish, thinking that customers do not know what he is saying when some of us do, in fact, know Spanish. He yells at his employees in front of customers, which is uncomfortable and unprofessional. If the manager isn’t yelling at his employees, he is intensely giving dirty looks to customers and laughing at them. He legitimately laughed in our faces with no context and then stared us down when we were leaving. Then, when you are checking out, the employees do not know how to work the points, which causes a delay in the line. Finally, when you head to the drink section, it is messy and never fully stocked. This place is a disgrace and needs better management as soon as possible.

This location continues to get my mobile app orders incorrect. The main dish will be fine, but I routinely am only given guacamole and no chips, or chips with no guacamole. I utilize the help chat bot within the app and it’s get resolved quickly, but nevertheless it’s frustrating.

Worst Chipotle I have EVER BEEN TOO!!! Disgusted with this place. Ordered burrito, bowl n chips. Got home to find the tiniest burrito I have ever gotten from a Chipotle. Small as my hand and I have small hands(I’m 5ft). Extremely stale chip’s. Threw the chips out. I’m willing to drive further to a different location next time. NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION. Anyone thinking of coming honestly don’t waste you money , this location I SWEAR IS NOT WORTH IT. Just drive to the next closest one after.

Filth. Everywhere. Overflowing garbage cans, messy dining area. They had no utensils or napkins. Had to ask for them from behind the counter. The lemonade and special drinks were bone dry. Food tasted like chipotle, but we won’t go back to this location.

Went in today 5/16 First Lady you interact with said nothing the entire time I ordered and wouldn’t even look in my direction. I had asked another lady if they had fresh queso bc it was all dried at the bottom she shrugged her shoulder and said “idk”. lastly the manager had realized after and hour that Someone was still waiting to be interviewed I heard him say. Terrible attitudes and terrible service.
