I am furious, Long hard day of traveling and in front of me I have the worst edible object ever. I walk in happy to finally get Chippy, and the lady at the front desk just looks at me. Doesn’t say anything, just looks. Doesn’t speak any english. She would point at the dish with a blank face and I had to guess if she was implying if I wanted it or not. Horrific portions of each food, asking for double steak and barely getting single steak. I’ll have a rough time recovering from this one.

Friendly and courteous crew. Wasn’t too crowded as compared to other chipotle stores but they had an amazing service. Crew was quick in preparing the bowls. The lobby was clean and well maintained. No overflowing trash cans.

I don’t recommend this chipotle location. Take advantage of customer. I come to order 10/30 it is $46 for 2 rice bowl with extra steak!!!!! , this is ridiculous!!! . It is overprice !! And the amount of food is less. I asked for recipt, the cashier said we are out of paper. What is the world!!

Hard to get the right order if the person taking it doesn’t even understand the menu of the restaurant she works at…I ordered a Kid’s Quesadilla, the girl doesn’t understand the word “Kids”, so she made a giant cheese quesadilla, then they tried to charge me twice the price. I don’t care if you can’t fully understand English, but at least understand the English words on the menu where you work!

I usually order in the app for pickup. Portion size is usually pretty good except for the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. They give you less then 1mL of dressing on the side.

What’s the point of charging extra for guacamole and queso if you’re not going to put any of it. I ordered a burrito through the app and half of the ingredients I asked for were missing, but it was entirely filled with rice. I wish i could give it zero stars.

Today I ordered my burritos there, the workers there worked extremely inefficiently and slowly. They ran out of pork and gave me the last bit of the pork that was very dry and was at the very bottom of the container.I asked them nicely to switch the dry pork to steak and they refused, yelling something in Spanish. I guess I would act the same way if I worked at Chipotle in my 50’s. Lol

I ordered a bowl of chicken and add extra guacamole. I saw the lady that gave me food put a full cup of guacamole for online order. She gave me so tiny of one spoon. I asked for more and told her that I saw her put a full cup for online order and she did not said anything and did not give me more. This is not right because if I pay extra I should get the decent amount of food and this place need to have the measurement for it. It is not cheap $2.55 for tiny spoon. I am really disappointed and not return to this store.

If there’s any Chipotle around, go to that one rather than this location. Quality of food is average but the guacamole there sucks. Their guac is literally huge chucks of avocado that clearly aren’t ready to be used. I provided a pic too. This is probably like the 3rd time they’re guac has been like this. That stuff is literally inedible and the fact that we have to pay extra for that….
