Poor management, period! I normally love chipotle and suggested it for a group event at MGM and attempted to make and prepay for an order of 30 burritos (at 5:00pm), that I would pick up after the show (9:30pm). The manager on site refused to take the money or allow me to place the order saying “they might not have enough food to make the order later”. Even though they close at 11pm. They could not make a managerial decision and lost out on a nearly 400.00 order. I was sorely disappointed.

The food was absolutely disgusting, I swear I was eating a bow full of salt. The guacamole was dirt brown. I heard rumors about this location being bad and now I see why. Cross over to Alexandria and try on of those chipotle instead because this one is a waste of your money.

What is the point of ordering online if you have to wait over 30 minutes for your order to be ready? I understand that there’s a dinner rush and the employees are busy but that’s the whole point of online order. If anyone is reading this, then save yourself the trouble of ordering online, and just stand in line instead.

This used to be my favorite location. Fresh food and a pleasant staff. I don’t know what happened but every time I’ve ordered or dined in recently, the staff and the quality has been absolutely ridiculous. The bowls I ordered were literally slapped together completely ignoring anything I said and don’t even think about telling the manager, she doesn’t care at all herself. It’s extremely low quality all around. The people, the food, just horrible.

This is a nice Chipotle location to visit while enjoying a walk on the national harbor, the food is great and full of flavor as usual and the servers are kind , if you kindly ask slightly more rice they will give you some. They are very generous as they know its a busy location. There are plenty of space to sit too.

Going to this place was one of my worst experiences. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They speak Spanish and English, and the cashier DIANA assumed we didn’t speak English and made offensive racist comment “THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH MESTIZOS”. I am really surprised and disappointed to hear this from someone, but especially coming from a person who has Hispanic background and who expresses herself in the worst way. It is something that needs to be addressed with her, especially since this is a tourist destination visited by people from different backgrounds and to have such an unpleasant impression as this was, it’s really disappointing!!!

I was very disappointed during my visit at this location. I requested to have a table cleaned so I could have lunch with my family, I had to remind them multiple times while there was an employee in the dining area exchanging social media info with another customer while the drink station was a mess and most of the tables were dirty. This is a busy location in a touristy area…DO BETTER!

I ate today dinner at 09:15 p.m. when I finished my food and went for restroom to wash my hand , they closed the restroom, I asked to the lady who was manager standing the counter, she was rude and refused to unblock the restroom, very poor customer service.

No napkins, trash over flown and I had to wipe down the table myself after having to wait for more napkins and a towel. They were busy, and food was great. So I’d still go back. But the place was trashed.
