Came here to get a bite for lunch and i was satisfied with the overall experience. It was a clean atmosphere for the most part and a kind staff. I was in the store for 20 mins from walking in to walking out with what i want. The line was long but was steady moving and the mobile orders were coming in hot. I understand the wait but still got the food i wanted in a reasonable time and reasonable fashion. Mask are still required supposedly but its not for long hopefully .

Well, today I placed a delivery order for a burrito bowl at the Chipotle at 8490 Annapolis Rd, New Carrollton. Delivery was fine, on time. However, the food was horrible. The food was ice cold and didn’t taste fresh. The chicken tasted old. So, I called there customer service and spoke with a representative who after everything I told her and sounding like she is reading from a script offered me a BOGO offer. Basically, that means I would have to spend more money to replace the inadequate order I received and already paid for. I don’t feel that I should have to buy another bowl to receive a replacement for the disgusting food I received. In my opinion it would appear that Chipotle is trying to get over. I would not recommend this location and they may not even care but won’t be going to this location or any other for a while. It only takes one time to mess it up for them all. Check your food, who knows how long those ingredients were sitting around.

I love chipotle very much, but this was probably my first time having an issue like this in a while. My mom went to go get food from this location and then I found something that was unknown in my food. Looked like mold which I ended up not eating the bowl. Luckily my mother was able to get another bowl along with chips and salsa for free.

Customer service was great but me and my coworkers had an issue with multiple dirty tables and floors. As well as the guacamole having what looks like the core intact we actually ask for another guacamole but it still was the issue in regards to the pulp/core consistency. As people who work nearby and frequent this location at least 3 times a week with a party of 3 ot more you guys drop the ball on this one.

Well I can’t speak for anyone else but I ordered a bowl and had to call to ask for multiple things on the side and they did just that plus LOADED that bowl Chile when I say they LOADED.. I didn’t know whether to be happy or offended lol it was a great experience and I will only be ordering from here. I read reviews for chipotle for miles around my area and this one was worth the final decision. Whoever the young lady that added the dressing and sour cream on the side thank you so much, it’s a small gesture but a lot of chipotles don’t care enough to do that. Just thought I’d commend her.

I just can’t believe how long we waited here! 1 hour for chipotle? On July 9th, 2021. We ordered at 6:20pm and got our food at 7:30! If that doesn’t make you question there care for the customer and their managment then I don’t know what will. No customer should have to wait 1 hour to receive their food this is not a high tier of a restaurant.
