Placed a catering order for lunch of a summer camp. The order was not ready at all at pick up time, which never happened with other restaurants I dealt with for catering orders. So many people were waiting for their online orders that were not ready. The floor behind cash register towards the kitchen was completely wet and disgusting.

I ordered at this restaurant. I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito and they didn’t even deliver the tortillas. It was just the insides. When i tried to call them they didn’t even pick up the phone. The customer service is a straight 0/10. The annoying menu on the phone only made it worse. Truely an awful experience, not sure how they messed it up because they didn’t even talk to me about it…

Just left the restaurant at 7:45pm and they ran out of guacamole, and other items. I was looking forward to guacamole and chips. They were cleaning up as if they closing and were not planning on making anymore food and whatever that was left is what’s available. I thought they closed at 10pm-11pm not 8:00pm. No tops for the bowl so they wrapped it in foil. My husband paid with cash and they didn’t have the correct change. They ran out of that too. That location needs to get it together.

Food is always great. AND they’ll do the quesadillas without ordering online. Love that! I do frequent here often and do think staff could be friendlier. One example, was when a worker lost his patience with an elderly lady who had broken English. I didn’t like that at all.

Located near our Hotel in the Fallsgrove Village Center was a Chipotle which wasn’t busy, quick service and serve all of the quality economical food Chipotle is known for. Lime rice with beans and corn and chips. All good. Nice property. Lots of other fast food located nearby.

They served me a piece of chicken in pinto beans on 5/10/2023 in my Doordash order. When I called to tell them and ask them to discard that batch, the guy on the phone was like okay and hung up. No apologies or anything and rude in his voice like he never cared. I so wanted to get out of the phone and smack him. You can’t play with people’s emotions and religion. He should be happy in the first place that I didn’t escalate this issue. Vegetarians and vegans be aware.

I love eating at Chipotle. But for some reason I get explosive diarrhea from the chicken and barbacola. Please make sure your staff were gloves for every shift and change them out regularly. I noticed a few tears in the fingers and germs spread like wildfire. Be more careful people. This place also has a nice outdoor seating area. Check out the photos. Also please clean the condiment counter it looks atrocious! Thanks!
