I’ve come here three times. All between 9-10pm and they never have steak. I understand if it is right before closing time, places run out, but this is almost two full hours before closing. I ordered ahead on the app and since it allowed me to order steak tacos I assumed they finally had steak. I get there and they asked me to choose another meat. I said I would rather just be refunded and received unnecessary attitude from the staff. Then they tried to refund me the cost of my steak tacos but keep the tip that I left. Ridiculous.

This is the most inconsistent chipotle location. Went to get quesadillas like I always do from other locations and they were having a hard time understanding my request. The request being 1 chicken quesadilla and 1 steak quesadilla. Then finally they apparently made a burrito with a a light sprinkle of cheese and threw it on the griddle and gave me the driest “quesadillas” ever. See the image of them after I cut into it. Spent $50 total and my kids didn’t eat any of it. So disappointing!! Train your staff better.

In my nationwide Chipotle experience – this is probably one of the worst in the country. They consistently have messy countertops, corn floating in the sour cream, lettuce floating in the salsa and they CONSISTENYLY try their best to under-portion the proteins for reasons beyond me. I get a large bag of chips (which are occasionally stale) with salsa and they will fill only a quarter of the container of salsa. I have been to many Chipotle’s and this place ranks #1 for smallest portions I’ve seen, and they will say “its the size of the spoon” – meanwhile, I see some workers shake off some chicken from their scoop. I just don’t understand how or why all their workers have become protein gatekeepers. I have witnessed and heard stories of disputes from other customers at this Chipotle for the same reasons.

Placed online order for delivery for two chipotle bowls. One with added guacamole, mild sauce, and no lettuce. One without guacamole, spicy sauce, and with lettuce. Both came without guacamole, spicy sauce, and with lettuce. Paid extra for guacamole and did not receive. Extremely disappointed. Customer service also not helpful because this was placed through Uber Eats
