I would give 0 stars if I could! The manager, Maria Pena is so rude. She got mad at me for requesting a larger piece of foil so that my food would not touch the dirty counter service and she told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like the way they did things. This place should be shut down…provides horrible service. Go to the one in Kesington instead its much better and not that far from this one.

So disappointed I ordered and had it delivered. Sent completely wrong drink to start smh. Then the chicken and steak tasted bad so bland, no flavor at all on them how is that even possible to different ordered both had no flavor then to top it the bowl had a sprinkle of lettuce on it really?!

Opening hours on the door posted as 1045am. 1045am the 4 employees are eating at a table and ignoring the line forming outside. 1050am someone pulls the door and no one looks up. I look up the hours on the web and that says 11am. Change the hours on the door SIMPLE! 1103 they open the doors and people start placing orders. They are bringing guacamole, brown rice etc. from the back. On top of them eating and ignoring us then the line is not ready when opening. Then I’m eating my guacamole and bite into something hard and it looks like an avocado pit almost broke my tooth!! Pic attached. Never will go to that store again!!!

They don’t clean tables or floors. It’s gross. I had to put my tray on top of a crusty surface while my feet were stepping on food The picture is the table next to us. Unbelievable
