I have been dining at chipotle for over 10 years. I was absolutely appalled by the customer service at this specific location. I ordered food and around 10:30 pm after eating I asked to use the bathroom. The staff member told me it was closed. I said it says you close at 11? She then responded with oh are you going to clean the bathroom as well? Never have I been treated so poorly at any establishment! I would not recommend dining at this specific location.

Chipotle is always a good choice for a quick bite but this location is sometimes lacking when it comes to customer service… The good food makes up for it in a way but if it wasn’t for the food, I wouldn’t even bother… it is what it is… They were charging me $15 for Chips, Guac, 2 Tortillas & 1 drink… I said: full course meal pricing for a couple of sides? We’ve ordered before and mostly decent but this time, my wife placed an order, ready at 5:30 supposedly. I stood there while others that had also ordered online after me walked in, picked up there order and walked out. Twice the servers didn’t even ask me about my order, and asked people around me. I brought it up to them and still nothing. I asked to speak to a manager, they even ignored that, and not a single person apologized or even seemed to care. Got my other at 3:55

We have been to this location many times and each time the people behind the counter have such a bad attitude. I’m not sure if it’s the language barrier or what. Does every chipotle charge for their salad dressing now? It’s $1.55 now. I have been with them for 10+ years and this never happened before so I wondering if their policies have changed but I couldn’t see any info on their website or seeing the dressing as a side for extra charge. Messed up my order one bowl was supposed to have lettuce. It had cheese and the next order had cheese so it was correct but my bowl was incorrect because they were both the same with cheese when I asked in my delivery no cheese and I put lettuce. Both order were the same when it was not suppose to be .

I went to get food for me and my kids ant the chipotle in Connecticut ave, and I had the worst experience. I had asked for black beans and she had mistaken them for pintó. I kindly corrected her and told her I didn’t ask for that and if she could change them. She stared at me for at least to minutes and told me that I didn’t and there was nothing she could do about it . She had the worst attitude ever and was very rude. I again tried asking her if she could change them and she yelled saying if I wanted it or not. I told her that if she wouldn’t change them than no; she threw the bowl and continued to give me the dirtest stare. the man behind me told her that he’d take the pinto beans and to give me the black ones and she just seemed so mad. I personally work at a restaurant and I do not think she should talk or treat customers this way no matter what. If she chose to work with people then she shouldn’t act like that. She should know that the number one rule is that the customer is always right. Her name is maylin or something like that. The people behind me saw the way she treated me and said that it wasn’t her first time doing this.

I paid 22 dollars for extra steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This is what I received. A table spoon of guacamole, less than a tea spoon of sour cream and a little steak which a pinch of cheese. I’m livid. The lady at the counter was kind enough to remake my order but it still didn’t have any sour cream. The always give attitude to my friends when they go there. This is the worst chipotle without question. A total disappointment beyond belief.

This Chipotle has gone down in quality these last few years. Firstly, the portion sizes are bad. They give you tiny scoops of everything especially if you order online. Though there are some exceptions, the workers are going to give you attitude and be unpleasant. If you visit this location you have to be vigilant and make sure they’re giving you everything you asked for otherwise you’ll leave disappointed. The only good thing about this restaurant is the taste of the food compared to other Chipotles. I recommend spending your money and time elsewhere.
