Located in the Waugh Chapel Town Centre right off Route 3. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. I had not been to this location in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ‘bowl.’ Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, no guacamole. Two bowls were ~ $20 total, very reasonable. Very nice serving size, brought home for leftovers. The food was fresh and tasty, as I was hoping. The server and cashier were both friendly.

This location is consistently inconsistent. The last time I ordered the rice was undercooked and I had uncooked rice in my food. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. This time, my tortilla is stale and the meat seems unseasoned. Other times I’ve gotten very little meat, just like others in their reviews. I’ve only been inside once and it was messy and unkept. This is my last order from this location. This is the worst Chipotle location.

This place disappointed me today. It’s never been so bad. The service is atrocious. The girl with the headphones is rude and has such an attitude for no reason. She throws the food around glares and when you ask for something she will get mad at you. She ruined my chipotle experience at this location. Food was undercooked and chips were stale. Honestly this girl should not have a job there.

First off, the ordering was horrible, I guess today was training day for new recruits. Which should not be done on Friday night; one of their busiest times. They get my order mixed up with a mobile order and almost gave me theirs. In a fast paced environment you should be PAYING ATTENTION. Luckily I was. Then they charged me for steak when I ordered chicken bowl. This crew was terrible they got three orders mixed up. Highly unacceptable. Do better

Is that supposed to be a burrito? They put so much food on the tortilla that they couldn’t even wrap it. Several of the “workers” seemed high – too concerned with giggling to pay attention to customers – and the others were grumpy – couldn’t be bothered to provide even a little bit of customer service.

Food quality always consistent with Chipotle; an impressive fear for any restaurant. The service was not exceptional, nor was it unsatisfactory. It’s probably what you’d expect from any fast food place with college student servers with short attention spans. Recently, I’ve noticed many Chipotle restaurants skimp on their hot sauce varieties available at the condiments stand. Not sure if this is because of the post-pandemic supply shortages. Atmosphere at this location is functional, not aesthetic. However, it’s location in the surrounding town centre makes it ideal for hungry customers who want to shop afterwards.

Not a great experience. There are FLIES everywhere and all on the food. Against my better judgement I bought the bowl. I got home ready to eat and found hair in my food . Chipotle is declining and the prices are rising. sigh.
